Located just a 5-minute stroll from Central Avenue attractions, easily access dining, museums, shopping, and entertainment. The space
This quiet space is a small single room like a small hotel room with a ton of natural light. You have your own private entrance and side yard. There is a half bath in the room with a totally private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Small kitchenette, mini refrigerator, hot plate, toaster/oven and microwave. When I travel, I like to eat out and explore and I rarely stay at my hotel room so I’m mimicked the space as if I were traveling and I just need to lay my head. We’re only a couple blocks from the Ray’s stadium (free stadium parking 😉), plus a bunch of wonderful bars and restaurants. I want this space to be affordable place so you can an explore this wonderful town.

Unit is on first floor.

You will have access to the full unit and a designated covered parking space on the right (looking at the rear of the house) in-front of the gate.

There is no garage access. You enter the space from the rear of the property and through the key locked fence gate. Lock box right next to the gate.

Other things to note
Transportation: Downtown to beach shuttle bus is 3 blocks away, called Sun Runner. There is a Veo scooter station next to the bus stop. Downtown shuttle, called The Looper, is another block away.
