The space
Lakefront home on East Lake with a large flat yard and private dock. Bring your kids fishing at the end of the dock and enjoy an amazing family vacation at this inviting home. Linens and shower towels are provided (beach towels not provided) High speed WIFI is available throughout the house. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix included. The kitchen features quartz counter-tops with a full size fridge, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including a blender, toaster, crock pot, regular coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The dinner table can seat up to 6 and the large kitchen island seats 4+ people. The deck also has a table that seats 4 people and an outdoor couch for lounging. We provide a gas fire pit on the deck, a gas grill on lower patio and full size washer and dryer for your use. We are close to Hyvee, Walmart and Fareway for your shopping convenience. Boat lift not included but end of dock tie up is available if you bring or rent a boat during your stay (boatgoat bumpers on dock provided) Driveway can fit 3+ vehicles and there is on-street parking for free located nearby. No bachelor/bachelorette parties allowed.

Whole house. Exterior cameras are located at front door ring doorbell and back basement door for property protection.

-Main Level: Recently renovated, the main level features a spacious living area and kitchen with open floor plan for easy entertaining and lots of counterspace. Dining area, seating at kitchen island and outdoor table on deck provide lots of room for dining. Screened in deck just off of the kitchen area with table and outdoor couch. We provide everything you need in the kitchen for cooking your favorite meals.
- Master Bedroom : Located on the main floor, the master suite provides comfort and privacy with a king sized bed. Bathroom with tub/shower attached to master. 2 doors from bathroom for bedroom access or other as shared bathroom.
- Lower Level: Two private bedrooms each with a king sized bed, a shared bedroom with 3 queen sized beds, a full bathroom with shower, pull-out couch located in the living room area, a full-size washer and dryer, and a convenient bar/kitchenette with full size fridge.
- Outdoor: Step outside from the lower level to the lakeside under deck patio with gas grill. Large flat backyard perfect for games and activities. Outdoor firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs. Outdoor seating under deck and a picnic table in the yard.
- Private Dock: Your very own dock awaits, perfect for fishing, sunbathing, or launching a kayak(not included).
