Welcome to Laugh S’more Retreat! This home is a newly renovated, pet friendly, 3 Bed 3 bath home! We have a separate lot on the lake to give you private access! Within walking distance to pool and beaches. You and your family will love the location. Our mountain retreat is perfect for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or hanging with friends!

The entire home is yours. We have a canoe and pedal boat available to use, located on the lake front property.
Other things to note
For extra sleeping space, we have a sleeper couch on the first floor/basement as well as a Queen size Murphy bed. The green couch in the sunroom also turns into a futon bed. There is a large screen tv, basketball hoop game, ping pong and air hockey on the first floor/basement as well for kids to play! We have toys and games for the younger children staying. The Fire pit is new and ready to make s’mores! Plenty of seating outside! We have a lake front property diagonal from our home on North arrowhead drive. You can access the property for boating and fishing or just to relax! Please refer to our photos for a map to get to the lake access! (Please do not enter the property with the Gray house on it, the land is next door!)
The Arrowhead Community offers several activities and events at the Lodge. Anywhere from art and crafts for the kids, live music, or a magic show! It is also BYOB. We will be happy to send you that information during your stay. They also have live music, DJs, and bon fires during the summer season at the Island pool. Our home is also prime location for the 4th of July fireworks show. The community also offers several food trucks and concessions at the Lodge for easy meal ideas. Please feel free to reach out to see what events will be going on during your getaway! Our home is within 20 minutes from the local skiing slopes. We enjoy visiting the 940 Golf and Fun located on 940 for some fun in the summer! Kalahari resort is also nearby if you are a water park or arcade lover!

Once we provide the email to the HOA, they will send you a QR code to provide you access to the community and all of the amenities within the community! Thank you! ***
***PLEASE remember there are fees to access the community amenities (pools, beaches, playgrounds, club house, ect.).
Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
Gate Card Fee: $20 per card
Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May through September) / $2.00 daily off-season. These fees will be added on and are not included in the Air Bnb total***
****The Arrowhead community has a very strict 3 day policy on registration and for any changes being made. There can be no adjustments to the number of guests or vehicles if it is over 3 days or more before checking in!!! ****

***Any fines, such as speeding tickets, will be charged directly to the guest. Please abide by the 15 mph speed limit throughout the community. ***
***We are a dog friendly home with a $50.00 pet fee. Any dogs not disclosed at check in will result in a $50 dollar pet fee automatically applied, as well as a $50 dollar fine. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog during your stay! Thank you!***
***There are bear and deer that roam the property so please be mindful with your pets. Please keep them on leash. ***
