Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Newly updated, central-air, well kept, fully stocked kit. & quiet w/peaceful and stunning views of the golf course. Near Shanty Creek Resorts and 15 minutes from beautiful Torch Lake. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv and the main living area w/ Spectrum and streaming apps. Parking to store your rec. toys or many nearby rentals on Clam or Torch Lake. Visit downtown Bellaire to Short's Brewing Co., Bee Well Mead & Cider, Fireside Lounge and Mammoth Distilling and many local restaurants/shops.

The space
This condo is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath lower level with WiFi located on the 2nd hole fairway of The Chief golf course, minutes away from the Shanty Creek Resorts. The Master bedroom has two queen size beds and the second bedroom has two full size beds. The master on suite has a jetted tub and stand up shower. A second bathroom is off the hallway with a stand up shower. Enjoy endless hot water with our tankless water heater. A full size air mattress and newly added sectional sleeper are available for additional sleeping arrangements. Dining room to seat 4 and 4 at the bar which is a rare find at the Chief. A large covered patio with beautiful outdoor furniture along with a gas propane grill to soak in the beautiful golf views. A Pack n Play/changing table is available as well. You will have access to the outdoor heated pool just down the street at the Hawk’s Eye clubhouse. Open Memorial weekend through Labor Day.

The village is surrounded by glacier-carved hills and steep valleys, centrally located on the Chain of Lakes connecting 75 miles of waterway. It is absolutely stunning here no matter what the season. Plan your trip soon! Enjoy this very private and peaceful location while still being close to Schuss or Summit Mountain. A true up north getaway!

A jetted tub in the master bathroom. A 4-person bar along with dining table for 4. A propane gas grill to grill up some of your favorite meals. Complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and sugar just to name a few. It is a very well stocked condo filled with plenty of supplies. A stackable washer and dryer in the condo. A Pack n Play with bassinet and changing table is available. Outdoor games include bocce ball, yardzee, jenga and baggo/cornhole. Also, lots of board games, bingo and cards available.

Bellaire is a quaint small town. Nearby to many other cities like Traverse City, Elk Rapids, Boyne Falls, Petoskey & Charlevoix. Torch Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes and is only 15 minutes away. Plan a day trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes or Mackinac Island. It’s so beautiful here no matter what the season. This is a great escape to unwind and recharge with family or friends.

So many close-by golf courses to choose from starting with The Chief, and you are 5-10 minutes away from Hawk’s Eye, The Legend, Cedar River, Summit, and Schuss Mountain courses to plan your golf getaway.

We have just about anything for anybody-- golfing, tubing, hiking, skiing, biking, snowmobiling, tennis, snow shoeing, fat tire biking, cross country skiing, swimming, boating, paddle boarding or jet skiing. Experience the Glacial Hills Pathway which has 750-acres made up of combined top trails suited for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and wildlife viewing or see the true beauty at Grass River.

Many nearby dining options, including the very popular Short’s Brewing Company Pub, The Pelican’s Nest at The Chief clubhouse, Dockside Torch Lake, Toonies Fish and Steakhouse, Bellaire Smokehouse, Terrain, Bellaire Bar & Restaurant, River Bistro, The Shanty Bar and Grill or the Lakeview Hotel restaurant/bar. Local winery Torch Lake Cellars is a nice spot to sample some flights and enjoy the view. River Bistro has Top Swing Golf Suite with over a 100 games and its not just golf. Or pick up your groceries at Family Fare Supermarket just up the road to create your own home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen.

Greetings! We’ve been hosting our cottage on the Chief Golf Course in Bellaire for over 5 years and have been visiting the area for 20+ years. We really enjoy the quaint little town and the other surrounding areas. It’s such a nice place to escape from the hustle and bustle and just relax and explore the different sights all year round. Tons of adventures to do!
