Extremely clean, well decorated and centrally located condo that had everything we needed for a great stay.

Kathleen’s place is a GEM of a location ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The Studio had everything we needed. The Murphy bed slept great . The quartz counter top island proved to be very convenient for meals in a small space. The beach chairs were good quality . The bedsheets were a higher grade as well.

This is a great place for a family get together. It has plenty of space and amenities.

Grand Lake Cottages is a FABULOUS place to stay. Lori is sooooooooo amazing and she makes you feel right at home like being old friends. The view of the lake is gorgeous even from our suite we stayed in. Very dog friendly as well. Beauty at it's finest!!! Thank You!!!!! Pure Michigan 100%

I had a great time at Rob's place! The house is very close to the beach and several restaurants in Douglas downtown. It was raining this weekend but there was still a lot to do in Douglas-Fennvillle-Saugatuck area. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, thoughtful recommendations and dog-friendly neighborhood!

The building is unbelievably easy to access so my 2 trips from my car and back to unload and pack up only took 10 minutes! The kitchen is fully equipped and even has most spices + salt/pepper. I was shocked at how beautiful this place was truthfully because the price was great for a 3 day visit. Look no further this is the right Airbnb for you.

We have stayed at this location before while we are in the area visiting family. Obviously, we enjoy this place & look forward to being able to return in the future!

Alexandria is a great host accommodating our last-minute change due to inclement weather. We were able to add an additional day of stay which allowed our travel home to be safe. Very clean facility and accessible. We travel to Traverse City for wine tours and will book with Alexandria for future travel.

We had a very nice time staying at Andrew’s Airbnb. It matched the pictures perfectly and was in pristine condition when we arrived, looked and smelled very clean! Loved the hot tubs on the roof to relax in and enjoyed access to nearby things to do. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

This condo is in a fantastic location! It’s In the downtown area and is very close to the lake. There are several restaurants and a coffee shop within a few blocks. When you leave your front door, you have a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was ready early and we were able to arrive at 2:30pm at no extra charge. (Thank you, Brenden!) The condo was lovely and matched the photos . It’s tastefully decorated and is very clean and organized. Everything is well stocked. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows, etc. There was occasional noise from a nearby unit- either the neighbors were a little loud or the walls were a bit thin. The corner bedroom was quiet though. Being health conscious, I really appreciated the Brita water filter and the healthier hand soaps. This is a lovely condo with a responsive and professional host. I highly recommend it.

These two have a gem! The studio apartment is adorable with breathtaking views. They have gone the extra mile with all the little details! Bathroom toiletries including a toothbrush just in case! Coffee and filters were supplied as well. The kitchenette was perfect for our two night stay! We cooked breakfast and lunch and it saved us some $$. The unit is a studio. With a king and two futons. It was perfect for the two of us and our chocolate lab. It would also be great for a family for a budget stay. We will definitely return!!

This is, perhaps, the most perfectly stocked and ready AirBNB I've ever stayed in. Soaps? Cleaning supplies? Spices? Coffee? Extra towels and linens? Check! Not having to think about those things makes the stay that much better AND easier! Comfortable furniture, big main area, and easy access to all the best TC has to offer. Thanks Juan!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Laurie was fantastic to work with. Immediate responses to inquiries and a genuine dedication to providing a great experience. We had a minor hiccup at the begining, but she graciously corrected it immediatly. The one consideration for future travelers is the main floor bedroom. It states 2 beds, but it is in fact 2 twin matresses in a trundle/daybed. Although comfortable, be aware that the induividual in the bed, will have to step on or over the individual sleeping on the matress close to the floor. In addition, with the trundle fully extended, the door will not close, so there will be no privacy. Aside from that, it is well maintained and appointed. Given the restrictions and limitations that arise when renovating a building more than 100 years old, they have provied a wonderful and cozy space. We woudl defiently book with Laurie again.

My family and I had a great stay at the condo. The location was perfect, close to the mountain and town. The place was well stocked, had cute holiday decor, and the coziest sheets ever! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
