Recently renovated, Very Clean, First Floor, en suite 2 Bedrooms (King/Queen) and 2 Full Bathrooms. Open Concept Full Size Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room. Double sliding glass door to the Lanai that is just steps to the pool. Beach is an easy drive just down the road.

This condo is the Perfect Getaway for all ages.

The space
You have the Entire Condo in a Friendly Neighborhood that's really close to the beach, restaurants, and activities. You have full access to the Shared Pool open from 8am-10pm that's located just outside our sliding glass Lanai door. Free Parking is available just outside our door for 2 vehicles. There is a BarBQue and Fire Pit located under a covered pavilion. John is the onsite Property Manager that lives in Unit 304.

Living Room has a Couch, Love Seat, Side Chair, Ceiling Fan, Lamps and 54" HDTV with premium cable.

Both Bedrooms have ensuite attached Full Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Nightstand and Dresser with Mirror. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Nightstand, and Chest of Drawers. We provide Towels, Hair Dryer, Hangers, Bed Linens, Window Blinds, Room Darkening Curtains, Mirrored Closets, TV's and Ceiling Fans in the Bedrooms.

Washer and Dryer are available for your use. Iron and Ironing Board available.

The Kitchen has a Stainless Electric Stove with Oven, Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator/Freezer. Stainless Steel Dishwasher. A double sink with garbage disposal. Pots and Pans. Silverware, Dishes, and Cooking Utensils. Glasses and Wine Glasses. Toaster, Blender, Crockpot, Drip Coffee Maker and Keurig Coffee Maker. Kitchen Towel and Cloth and Potholders provided. Dining Room has comfortable seating for 4. The Bar has 4 stools for an additional seating option. A Sliding Glass Door to the Lanai and access to the Shared Pool.

We provide the initial supply of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dishwashing Pods, Dish Soap. You may want to bring additional supplies if your stay will exceed 3 or 4 days.
