We had nothing but a positive experience. Apartment was as described and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful and clean! really good stay for the price! The neighborhood was safe and people were walking around on that beautiful day!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment and would definitely return next time I'm visiting Fishers. Super clean and quiet with great walking paths and a park nearby as well.

Located across the street from the IWU campus is a perfect location for this rental. Parking on the street 10 yards from the door was very convenient for unloading/loading the car. The apartment is on the ground level and is very spacious. The host instructions were very clear and the host responded immediately to my question with text and phone call at 10:30 at night. I would highly recommend this place for a weekend stay or campus visit. Very clean and well maintained property. I cant recommend this place enough. It was perfect for what I needed. Thank you!

Clean, nice apartment exactly as described. Modern furnishings and appliances and easy to come and go in downtown Indy. Having a complimentary parking spot was clutch!

I stayed at Rodneka's place for a family event and I'm glad I did! The apartment was as listed and photos were accurate. It was very quiet, the apartment was very comfortable and one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed at. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Rodneka's place if you are in the Indy area.

After researching where to stay during our quick friends' trip to Indianapolis, we decided to find a place in Broad Ripple. We wanted to be in a good neighborhood with places to eat, drink, & shop nearby. Daniel's place was in this area, so we chose it. What a great surprise to be within 5 minutes of walking to all we were looking for! We went for BBQ & then a few pubs the first night. The next day we walked around again to shop & eat. The pictures of the house don't do it justice. Its much cuter in person. The beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean kitchen. Sizable couches to relax on & talk with friends. Nice variety of coffees to choose from (but the Keurig was kind of tricky to figure out). I'd definitely stay at Daniel's place again.

Hosts were amazing, home was fantastic, incredibly well stocked (best Airbnb every and we stay at a TON), very responsive...highly, highly recommend the house and the hosts!

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. I had a great stay at Adam’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and just a short drive to downtown Indianapolis, which was perfect for my work conference. It had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. I would definitely stay here again!

Joan and her family welcomed me and my dog when my first reservation fell through due to flooding. They were responsive and kind. Never bothered me, but soon after I mentioned some concerns I had about the bathtub, they were quick to come and address them when it was convenient for me. They offered plenty of amenities like soap, paper towels, detergent for the washer and dryer, body wash, even cotton balls. The place was cozy and quiet even though it was near a busy street with some apartment building construction underway. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The place was bright and comforting to me. I felt safe. I got some work done and took advantage of the walkable location. I kind of miss the place now. I would stay there again.

Nice and close to Ball State. Bed was cozy. Coffee available. Kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to cook. Living room spacious and comfy. Good water pressure in shower. Clear instructions. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

This place was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay in Muncie for our daughter’s college graduation. I had a few questions and requests but Cheryl got back with me almost immediately. If I ever need to stay in Muncie again this is the place I’ll try to book!

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Carmel. Very clean. Had everything that we needed. Will stay again if we are back in town.

Overall, the stay was great. parking was good but tricky if you have a bigger auto. Window curtains are very see through. Other than that, I really felt at home in this rental. I would stay again.

I was in town for a conference, and James was amazing! We had some flight delays, so we were able to push a later check out which was super helpful. Walkable restaurants and bars, Tavern at the Point has amazing cheese curds, tried James’ recommendation for the pistachio latte at Coatcheck coffee. Rathskeller near by. James’ place is gorgeous, clean, and quiet. We would 100% stay again if we had to come back to Indy. Loved having the Nintendo and record player!

Came down for FDIC, the location was perfect and the host was great.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Thank you Terri!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Definitely recommend! Rod was very welcoming and responsive. The condo was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay in New Castle!
