Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Knik-Fairview

A gorgeous home on the golf course. Watching the golfers was endless entertainment with a beautiful backdrop. The house was clean and the extra little details made it feel like home. We got in super late and check-in was a breeze. Bedroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, could easily fit a few more if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again. Our host Nadia responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this spot!

Clean clean clean and quiet. Not an overly huge space but just right for 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Great bath and shower. Free off street parking. Easy check in. Had a minor issue with internet connection which was taken care of quickly by Jennifer. Definitely would recommend. This will be my anchorage go to.

We were a group of 12, plenty of room for comfort and even privacy. The back deck was a great place to relax and enjoy watching the animals. The beds were comfy and everything was pristine. I was worried about no ac but the window slightly cracked open and we were freezing in June. The location was easy to find and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only bump we came upon was the dryer was out of order but we made do. Thank you for the use of your home it was perfection.

We loved our visit at Broken Arrow Farm! The house was stocked with everything we needed, and even had a welcome basket of goodies when we arrived. When I needed to borrow an iron, Nancy responded right away and brought the iron to the house. Nancy was wonderful - always responsive and able to answer questions. The house itself was very comfortable. Best of all though was the farm!! We loved being around all the animals, which Nancy often lets freely roam on the property. They were so fun, friendly, and cute. Highly recommend this place.

Staying at Nelias was great with yummy candies and many amenities. Very clean with a stocked kitchen and my favorite thing coffee with cream. The bed was comfortable with an extra room available. We will for sure look to stay again on our next trip to Anchorage.

The place is incredible and beautiful, the cabin is perfect and very clean, perfect for going with children!

What a great, cozy place to stay for a few days. Perfect fit for our grown family of four. Loved the extra spa and homey touches placed out for our stay.

Affordable and convenient place to stay for a couple of nights. It is small but fine for 2 people. We appreciated the Airbnb Netflix account and ample parking!

Everything was exactly as what we expected. The location was perfect and having a washer/dryer was great so we didn't have to over pack. The 4 of us were very comfortable especially in those super comfortable king sized beds. A huge plus was that we never ran out of hot water even when we all showered back to back. The water pressure wasn't great but other than that everything was perfect.

This was a perfect place to rest and relax after visiting many places in Anchorage. Ben communicated by checking in with me every couple days making sure i had the perfect experience. I definitely will be back to enjoy more rest and relaxation. Thank you Ben for allowing all of us to experience your home. 10 out of 10.

This was my second time staying at Luke’s Airbnb, and it was just as wonderful and perfectly stocked as I remembered it. Luke is always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I loved waking up to the beautiful mountain view’s, and ending the night with the fire pit in the back was just the cherry on top. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wasilla.

Brad's condo was absolutely perfect! It was great having access to the garage to have our rental in. The location was absolutely perfect, close to restaurants and Glenn Hwy - we were very close to JBER where my best friend is currently stationed and the reason for our trip. There were amazing amenities such as fresh eggs left for us, condiments, plenty of different pots and pans to cook with, different coffee/tea makers, washer and dryer and a FABULOUS jetted tub. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Cute, convenient little place. Has everything we needed, including a couple ice coolers in freezer that came in handy for one of our longer day trips. Great home base to daily excursions. Grocery store, gas station & restuarants just a few minutes away. Quick access to New & Old Seward Highways.
