After our stay at Jody's beautiful home, I must say, her description was 100% accurate! Jody outdid herself in including all of the ammenities one would need. We were impressed with the cleanliness, ammenities, the comfortable bed & bedding, games/puzzles/books, television. Unfortunately, our stay was in April, thus no chance to use snowshoes or any water toys...she even had slip on traction cleats for your shoes! We've never seen such an organized rental either! Every kitchen cabinet door/drawer had a label listing the contents! There was nothing better than waking up each morning viewing the lake from bed, followed by coffee in the living room taking in the beautiful Chugach Mountain Range & Lake Wasilla. We also loved checking out the historic log cabin & food cache on the property! Jody was extremely responsive when we called her with a question regarding the wood burning stove. We would love to stay there again, and will definitely recommend her home to family and friends!!!!!

It was a pleasure staying at Amy’s place. I especially appreciated her letting me bring my trailer with permission. Also the personal use of a full sized fridge was great for prepping and freezing a bunch of food for my long journey.

This place was great! It was quiet, private, in a convenient location. The hostess was proactive in informing me of situations around the property/unit. I would definitely stay here again!

Darcie's house was perfect and beautiful! I wanted a nice kitchen and room where my family could gather amd hang out together and this was perfect! Matched the pictures amd description and we all enjoyed staying there! Darcie also answered questions quickly amd was great to communicate with. Stay here and you will LOVE it!

This was the perfect stay for what we needed for a weekend! Heidi was very responsive and I love that we weren’t required to do a lot for check out. The location was convenient for our stay, but it is near a busier road so we heard some noise from that. Would stay here again!

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

staying at The Stanley Place was a dream. every request I had, Pamela was flexible and kind enough to work with me. the backyard was amazing for my energetic doggo! she even let me pick berries off of the bushes and make a crumble with with them. The place was in a great location that felt very safe. even the neighbors were friendly, and we had several lovely chats! I met Pamela when I wad checking in, and she was incredibly friendly and accommodating! We felt right at home, and would absolutely stay here again. 😊

Our family had a great stay at Ken's place! He was a very attentive host. With a son in the Air Force, this was our first Christmas together in several years and Ken provided us with a Christmas tree. The house has everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms, and plenty of living space to spread out. The house feels nicely lived in with books, games, and toys appropriate for adults and children. We spent many nights playing board games at the large dining table. The location is a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views and close to everything; town, shopping, main roads. We even got a lucky view of the Northern Lights from the back porch! I would love to come back in the summer to relax on the deck, look at the mountains, cook on the grill, and watch for animals. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ken!

Chism's place is beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos, and the views out the windows were fabulous. It felt like we were out in the woods, even though we were pretty close to downtown Anchorage. It was sparkling clean, and easy to access. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip to Anchorage.

From our first contact with Ron, we felt well treated and comfortable. The house was perfect for us, as it was near Providence Hospital, where we had a sibling undergoing surgery. We very lucky to met Mary and stayed her house. She prepared a local delicious dinner and lovely breakfast for our 8 persons group. We all enjoyed that special home make dinner and breakfast with fresh garden seasonal vegetables from Mary. We all appreciated her hard working and friendly assistance during we stayed at her home. Wonderful, welcoming and helpful host! Everything was clean. They even had breakfast items left for us. So accommodating! And very close to the airport and restaurants in town.

The place was more than I expected. Felt like a home away from home. A small walk to downtown Anchorage, a quick drive to anything. The kids enjoyed the stay, and spent most of it in the office.
