Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

Pretty much perfect. Accommodation exactly as described and has all mod cons one could hope for. Karen and Andy are excellent hosts who are attentive and helpful whilst giving you the space and privacy you would hope for. Perfect place for dogs: the paddock is fantastic for playtime’s. It is clear that it is important to the hosts that you enjoy your stay; there are many thoughtful and personalised gestures on arrival. Highly recommended.

Really easy and convenient stay!! There is parking on site, easy access to the flat. Lovely place to stay, and just perfect for what we needed. Lovely host, so communicative and quick responses. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much :)

Really nice little house, all seemed new and it was spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed for a two-night stay. Roadworks made access a bit more complicated than normal (if approaching from the south), but they are obviously temporary. Great location on the edge of the attractive town of Beverley, but also near Cottingham and lovely East Riding villages.
