Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at the Hayloft! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, in a beautiful location. The hosts were great, on hand if needed, and they even went to the trouble to post us a few things we'd left on the washing line! :) Thanks again folks, we'll definitely be back.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

As a family of five, we had a great stay at Debbie’s caravan. It’s right next to the beautiful beach which has sand dunes and crashing waves, which the kids loved. The caravan feels really spacious and doesn’t have the tight corridor that many others do. It has everything we needed (apart from a hairdryer) and was really clean and orderly. Also centrally located so easy to access all the activities. We didn’t buy the Haven passes in the end as we could still book activities and use the arcade without one and we used the swimming pool in Great Yarmouth instead as it has a great aqua park with slides etc. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

A home from home. Quiet, but room for children to play. Lovely duck pond to walk around. great hot tub Love the living room on the first floor with balcony to eat breakfast. Michael was very friendly and happy to help there is a swimming pool attached to the golf club but we only managed to get in once. There is no shallow end for non confident swimmers either.

we had an amazing 5 days... waking distance to pleasurewood hills, lovely warm indoor swimming pool and lovely little nature reserve woods 10mins away! would love to come back! Sarah was really responsive and helpful! thanks so much

We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

We stayed at this lovely property for a family get away to celebrate our birthdays. The house and amenities were perfect for a large family group with everything you could possibly need on hand. The rooms were all very spacious, comfortable and clean, we all enjoyed the hot tub and the outside space was just right and has lovely views. Kate and Sam were very responsive and Tina the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great family stay - 4 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room for us all and the host was really responsive. Lovely welcome gift too and the hot tub was lovely to relax in. Very close to beach and Lidl is only a short walk away. Just be aware the lane to access the parking is pretty tight so take it carefully coming in and out. Thank you for a lovely stay

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

We had a lovely visit. The accommodation was clean, spacious with plenty of linens and towels. The water pressure in the bath and showers was brilliant. The area was peaceful and an easy walk into the city for bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommended staying here. The welcome pack left by the host was so lovely and thoughtful and she was happy to respond to any enquiries really quickly.

What can we say we loved Amanda’s house. It is immaculate & spotlessly clean which is really unusual when you stay in doggy friendly accommodation. It had everything we needed for our stay and was in a perfect location on Gorleston River front which is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of free parking opposite the property. The garden is fully enclosed which made it perfectly safe for our dog. Amanda is a friendly and helpful host even letting us check in early. We really cannot recommend this lovely holiday home enough. Thank you so much we cannot wait to come back. I would give more than 5 stars if I could👍

Lovely location for a relaxing short trip with kids. Very peaceful and short drive to local beaches. We loved the area and would definitely come back again.

Great location, very walkable and conveniently located. We can for a friend’s wedding and Liam’s spot was ideal. He went the extra mile 9.30pm on a Thursday evening to sort us out with an iron. Definitely recommend.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a long weekend as a family celebration for my 70th birthday which was in April. As my family live in 3 different county’s we succeeded in getting them all together including our 14 months old great grandson. The layout of the house was ideal for what we wanted. The only very minor problem was there wasn’t any condiments which we expected would have been supplied. The host was easily accessible if we needed her and everyone commented how comfy the beds were.

Jeremy was very friendly, gave great instructions, and was very easy to communicate with. The house was lovely and exactly what we wanted.

We had a great stay at Ryan’s place. It was even better than the photos! Perfect for a group of friends, good value and in such a good location. Would recommend!

We had a nice stay in New Buckenham. The house has real character and was well equipped. We also enjoyed the village setting. We did take the time to visit the Castle ruins! We would stay again.

We went for a stag do jo went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. The cottage was lovely. I would highly recommend staying here

We stayed at Emma’s house for a long Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate a friends wedding. The house was perfect for us as a group of 6 adults and it was in a great location for town. We have a fabulous stay!!
