We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It has been finished to a very high standard and is very spacious. The house has beautiful views over looking a valley and benefits from a south west facing garden which gets the late sun. We would recommend the place to others.

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

It was a lovely house and perfect for what we required for a big group. Would love to stay again!

we had an amazing 5 days... waking distance to pleasurewood hills, lovely warm indoor swimming pool and lovely little nature reserve woods 10mins away! would love to come back! Sarah was really responsive and helpful! thanks so much

We stayed at this lovely property for a family get away to celebrate our birthdays. The house and amenities were perfect for a large family group with everything you could possibly need on hand. The rooms were all very spacious, comfortable and clean, we all enjoyed the hot tub and the outside space was just right and has lovely views. Kate and Sam were very responsive and Tina the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely character cottage, which was decorated to a high standard and very clean. Cosy yet spacious and ideal for a family group. The location was great- in the next road to the High Street and 5 minutes from the beach yet quiet and peaceful. Very handy for popping to the shops for fresh items and visiting the local restaurants. We found free parking on a street nearby so that was not a problem. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower at any time and the central heating was welcome as it was chilly on a couple of evenings during our stay. Would return. Thank you!

The Mizzen is peaceful, very spacious and extremely well located to enjoy all the many treats Southwold has in store.

It's not often that a place exceeds your expectations, but this place certainly did, it is absolutely beautiful, everything about it was perfect, there were 8 of us staying here and each and everyone of us loved it. Marcus was lovely to deal with, he recommended a restaurant/pub for a Saturday lunch, "The Red Lion" in Debenham which was about an hours walk away and the food and service were exceptional. We had a fabulous weekend.

Really enjoyed our stay at Penny’s. She kindly offered an early check-in which was helpful for our friends particularly. Great location and a comfortable house. She even managed wall-to-wall sunshine.

Lovely location for a relaxing short trip with kids. Very peaceful and short drive to local beaches. We loved the area and would definitely come back again.

What can I say , a brilliant experience from start to finish! Lyndsay was a great host , super responsive and helpful throughout , with lots of helpful information regarding the property and surrounding area. The place itself was fantastically decorated and lovely and light , and there was more than enough room for us all (6 Adults and 4 Children). The Kitchen Dining area is a brilliant space to spend time together. The Garden is huge and an ideal outdoor space for games , a bbq or drinks in the Sun , and the garage having a Pingpong table and additional games too was a nice touch. Heating controls were very easy to use and once set , the place soon warms up quickly. It was very easy to find and there is plenty of parking space and the local pub is just a short walk through the churchyard. We chose to have lunch there and it was dead nice and reasonably priced. Overall , Lyndsay was fantastic and so was the Accommodation, the only negative was having to leave! 😁

Chelsi is a fantastic host, so communicative, friendly and so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the forest house. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the tv in the living room is amazing and we loved the conservatory and the hot tub. The coffee and tea amenities provided were very generous and thoughtful. Chelsi provided great recommendations for places to visit and walks into the forest straight from the house. We would highly recommend staying at forest house.

We had a great weekend here with a group of friends. It was very clean and spacious for a group of 10. The kitchen and living/dining space were perfect for making dinners together and hanging out. Communication with Katy was also great, Katy was very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

We had a nice stay in New Buckenham. The house has real character and was well equipped. We also enjoyed the village setting. We did take the time to visit the Castle ruins! We would stay again.

We had the most incredible stay! The house is so much bigger than the photos show - there was 14 of us and we had more than enough space. The garden is so beautiful and it’s also enormous! Stunning kitchen. We really didn’t want to leave! Julie is the most incredible Air B&B host we’ve ever had, extremely fast at responding to any queries, so flexible, and we even got engaged during our stay and Julie and her daughters came over with a gift. SO kind and we will definitely be back! Thank you for having us ❤️🥰

A picturesque home in a beautiful location. In a quaint little village you truly feel like you’ve been whisked away into serenity. Would highly recommend staying here, host is very friendly and welcoming, the home is well equipt for all your needs. If you are looking for rest and recuperation and time to reconnect with others without the hustle and bustle of life, this is your dream location!

We went for a stag do jo went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. The cottage was lovely. I would highly recommend staying here

We used Mairi's cottage as a base for a few days discovering the area of Melford and Lavenham. The house was very homely and comfortable. There are some improvements being made in the garden, but this did not impact on our stay. It was still nice to sit on the patio area, and enjoy the view. Mairi kept close communication with us, and informed us of anything we might to know. It was a lovely visit to the area.
