Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

House located in a great location. Although close to the street, it is very quiet. Beautiful garden with olive and orange trees. Sea view balcony great for relaxation. Nikolas is helpful and very kind. House as pictured and description. Great week of rest!

My wife and I and our dog and our friends stayed at George's house in early May for a week. The place is exactly as described and pictured! For 4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog there was plenty of space. Excellent kitchen with all amenities, large enclosed area. A 20-minute walk to the village of Metamorfosis, where there are several good places. 5 minutes by car - Nikiti, where there is absolutely everything you need. Private and beautiful beach (in early May we were alone there!) - 4 minutes walk across the road! We recommend this place to anyone who values peace and comfort while being close to cafes and shops! We had a truly wonderful stay at the villa. The house is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed, with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything works perfectly, which made cooking a real pleasure. The garden is absolutely lovely—green, spacious, and full of charm. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we especially appreciated the quiet and privacy. The villa feels beautifully secluded, yet never isolated. One of the small but important touches we really appreciated was the presence of mosquito screens on the windows—it’s clear that every detail has been carefully thought through to make guests feel comfortable. And the hosts! Such warm, kind, and genuine people—it was a pleasure to meet them. They made us feel very welcome from the first moment. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. Our stay at this property was great! The space is just like in the photos and spotless! We would definitely prefer it again!

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

Great location, really nice and peaceful

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

We had a lovely time in the beautiful house on the hilltop above the sea. The location is great, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the inland hills. The balcony is great for having breakfast in the morning with a sea view and watching the sunset in the evening. The house is very richly equipped, everything you need is available. And on top of that, we were also wonderfully warmly welcomed by the parents of Ifgenia. Her mother had made delicious pastries, there was water and a nice bottle of wine cool. There was toppings, toast, coffee, tea... The bathroom was also richly provided with beauty products. Ifgenia's father came to bring us an extra fire, in case it would be too fresh, but we didn't need that. This is the best vacation rental we've ever been to for me. With the wonderful hospitality that characterizes the region so much. A gem in a region that has forever stolen our heart. Recommended!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Had a wonderful stay at Nelli’s place! It had everything we needed, with small but well-organized bedrooms on the second floor. The beach is within walking distance, or you can easily drive there. Aurora was incredibly friendly and kept the place spotless during our stay!

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

Beautiful house with a wonderful pool and nicely landscaped garden. The perfect place to spend your vacation. The house was clean and well equipped, with The Greek atmosphere. The bathrooms are small and quite uncomfortable, the rest is ok. Close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Rooms passed by, there was not full privacy, but for families or close friends, it was ok.

Great location, very near the beach and the busy town but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Hosts are very friendly and nothing is a problem for them. plenty of space for kids to play around and the pool is a great addition. We loved every minute and definitely will visit again.
