Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kalyves Polygyrou

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Casa situata in una posizione ottima. Anche se vicina alla strada, molto tranquilla. Giardino con ulivi e aranci bellissimo. Balcone vista mare ottimo per il relax. Nikolas disponibile e molto gentile. Casa come da foto e descrizione. Ottima settimana di riposo!

Мы с женой и нашей собакой и нашими друзьями остановились в доме Джорджа в начале мая на неделю. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям! Для 4 взрослых, 1 ребенка и 1 собаки места было очень много. Отличная кухня со всем необходимым, большая закрытая территория. В 20 минутах пешком поселок Метаморфосис, где есть несколько хороших заведений. В 5 минутах на машине - Никити, где есть вообще все, что нужно. Приватный и красивый пляж (в начале мая мы били там одни!) - в 4 минутах пешком через дорогу! Мы реккомендуем это жилье всем, кто ценит тишину и комфорт, при этом находясь недалеко от кафе и магазинов! Спасибо, Джордж!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the villa. The house is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed, with everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything works perfectly, which made cooking a real pleasure. The garden is absolutely lovely—green, spacious, and full of charm. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we especially appreciated the quiet and privacy. The villa feels beautifully secluded, yet never isolated. One of the small but important touches we really appreciated was the presence of mosquito screens on the windows—it’s clear that every detail has been carefully thought through to make guests feel comfortable. And the hosts! Such warm, kind, and genuine people—it was a pleasure to meet them. They made us feel very welcome from the first moment. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

Уютное и спокойное место. До моря 1 минута пешком. Ольга очень приятная хозяйка. Очень комфортные апартаменты, чисто, спокойно и уютно.

Pomimo kilku wątpliwości dotyczących ogrzewania na początku po przyjeździe okazało się wszystko jest ok, tylko nie zrozumieliśmy że klimatyzator ma funkcję ogrzewania :) Miły upominek po przyjeździe, wyjazd bardzo udany. Dość ciężko trafić za pierwszym razem, ale gospodarz wysyła szczegółową instrukcję dojazdu. Nasza córka była bardzo szczęśliwa że przychodziło do nas na taras dużo kotków :)

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr ruhig und die Umgebung mit Blick auf das Meer waren wunderschön. Durch den eigenen Zugang zum Strand war man innerhalb kürzester Zeit am Meer. Der Vater des Vermieters war sehr freundlich und hat eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre geschaffen: er ist immer da, wenn man ihn braucht und hat sich um alles gekümmert, aber lässt auch genug Freiraum/ Privatsphäre. Fazit: ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Ο εξωτερικός ήταν πολύ καλά διατηρημένος και μέσα χωρίς ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρος. Ιδανικό για χαλάρωση και αποδράσεις.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd beleefd in het prachtige huis op de heuvel boven de zee. De locatie is geweldig, met een adembenemend zicht op de zee en op de heuvels in het binnenland. Het balkon is geweldig om 's ochtends te ontbijten met zicht op zee en 's avonds naar de zonsondergang te kijken. Het huis is zeer rijkelijk uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt is beschikbaar. En we werden daarbovenop ook nog eens heerlijk gastvrij ontvangen door de ouders van Ifgenia. Haar moeder had heerlijk gebak gemaakt, er stond water en een lekker flesje wijn koel. Er was beleg, toast, koffie, thee... Ook de badkamer was rijkelijk voorzien van schoonheidsproducten. De vader van Ifgenia kwam ons nog een extra vuurtje brengen, voor het geval het te fris zou zijn, maar dat hebben we niet nodig gehad. Dit is voor mij het beste vakantieverblijf waar we ooit waren. Met de heerlijke gastvrijheid die de streek zo typeert. Een parel in een regio die voor altijd ons hart heeft gestolen. Aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Piękny dom z cudownym basenem i ładnie zagospodarowanym ogrodem. Idealne miejsce na spędzenie wakacji. Dom był czysty i dobrze wyposażony, w Greckim klimacie. Łazienki małe i dosyć niewygodne, reszta okej. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji jak i na plażę. Pokoje przechodnie, nie było pełnej prywatności ale dla rodzin czy bliskich znajomych było ok.
