The listing is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

The house is a delight, very clean and quiet. I stayed for a short time, but it was exactly what we wanted. D Adilma was very nice and attentive.

I highly recommend Diego's house. With your eyes closed! The house is very comfortable, it is nice to stay, it fits a lot of people.... it is all very close, especially the beach, which is a great advantage. Lovely place. Sara and her husband are such great hosts, doing everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and spa are a plus and the rooftop is perfect to rest and lounge after a long beach day. Thanks Sara, I will definitely stay at your place again when returning to João Pessoa.

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Very comfortable and cozy space. The structure of the place served us very well. The balcony is a very good size, much larger than the “conventional” ones. The building has a lot to facilitate and serve the guest during the stay (gym, smart market, beach access/walking distance to the sand). The service team was very helpful and always responded with great attention. I recommend it.

I was with my family, the apartment is a quiet environment and the dialogue with the host made the difference, accommodation with air-conditioning guarantee of a peaceful sleep, ideal for those who go by their own car! Everything else as described in the photos!

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

I have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. What I needed, I asked for and it was promptly resolved. The co-host was very flexible with check-in, understood my situation and left the key available at dawn, as my flight arrived very early. The apartment is great: very comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and the kitchen is super-equipped, with everything I needed. I recommend it!

I spent 30 days in the apartment, it was a quiet stay, the condominium is exactly as pictured, it has a swimming pool and everything. Close to markets and pharmacies. The host was always helpful and even gave directions for tours. The apartment is complete.

The flat is very well located in Jardim Oceania, an area also known as Bessa, close to bakeries, restaurants and beaches. I didn't think the beach in front of the building was suitable for bathing (I didn't see anyone in the sea), we walked about 1km to the beach of Jardim Oceania and later was the part known as Caribessa. Unfortunately the tide was high when we went, which made it impossible for us to stay there. The flat is very well equipped with many household appliances, as well as being quite new. We managed to prepare our breakfast with great peace of mind. The Get One building resembles a hotel, with many flats for tourists. The pool area is excellent, but we miss a parasol. You can't stay out of the pool because there is practically no shade. Hosts are available and polite. Anyway, we recommend the flat for those who want to know the north coast of João Pessoa.
