Safe location close to the beach. Quiet Place. The fairly clean, sanitized apartment. We spent 4 days very well accommodated. As soon as possible we will return.

Our accommodation was great! The house is close to the beach and to markets and restaurants. Garage for 2 cars and large rooms. Air-conditioning throughout the house and all kitchen accessories are available. Rosa and Marcos were excellent hosts! I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment/house near the beach in João Pessoa, Brazil. The place was exactly as described and met all my expectations. The hosts were fantastic, checking in with me several times during my stay and always being very responsive to any questions or needs I had. We had an outstanding stay at Maria Pedrina and Petronio's loft. The apartment is great, well equipped and maintained, with the essential kitchen utensils and appliances in good condition. The condominium is safe and the team is very attentive. The view from the pool, on the terrace, is amazing. There is a great supermarket and many pharmacies just a few meters away, and the distance to the beaches of Manaíra and Tambaú can be walked by foot. We suggest exploring mainly the restaurants and ice creamers of Manaíra.

This apartment is super comfortable in front of Praia. The space is very well taken care, cozy and has everything we need for a perfect stay. In addition, Sérgio is a dear, extremely considerate and always available to help. Definitely a wonderful experience we recommend!
