Beachfront vacation rentals in João Pessoa

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

The host was extremely attentive and helpful, providing fast and efficient communication from the first contact. The flat is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, conveniently located and with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay at the flat again on another occasion.

The flat is very well located in Jardim Oceania, an area also known as Bessa, close to bakeries, restaurants and beaches. I didn't think the beach in front of the building was suitable for bathing (I didn't see anyone in the sea), we walked about 1km to the beach of Jardim Oceania and later was the part known as Caribessa. Unfortunately the tide was high when we went, which made it impossible for us to stay there. The flat is very well equipped with many household appliances, as well as being quite new. We managed to prepare our breakfast with great peace of mind. The Get One building resembles a hotel, with many flats for tourists. The pool area is excellent, but we miss a parasol. You can't stay out of the pool because there is practically no shade. Hosts are available and polite. Anyway, we recommend the flat for those who want to know the north coast of João Pessoa.

Your João's apartment is very reliable with the listing. Extremely clean, comfortable, with all the utensils needed for a short or long stay (in this case, mine). Very well located, a block from the beach, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, that is, you can do everything on foot with a few steps. Detail: the best restaurants in the city are super close by. Mr. João was super attentive with us. When we arrived, we found a problem in the apartment (the hygienic showers were leaking, a natural thing of use and especially in a beach setting). Even on a Sunday, Mr. João was able to schedule maintenance for the morning of the following day, and as planned, everything was resolved quickly. He always contacted us to find out about our stay, if we were in need of anything. I strongly recommend Mr. João. Quiet building, no noises, 24h concierge, that is, all good for a very restful stay in JP!!!!

The space in Puerto Ventura is great!! Nearby bars, restaurants, bakery and market. The view is incredible!! The tours are one better than the other!! The apartment is cozy and well located. It just needs some cleaning items like a floor cloth and dish!! Fernanda responds super fast!! We had an unforgettable experience!!

The accommodation faces the sea, very comfortable, swimming pool, fitness center, grocery store and very polite porters. Excellent Host response time. For those who go to João Pessoa, you can consider staying there. We like it very much and maybe in the future we come back more often.

Spectacular accommodation, the apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable, and we were a large class, great kitchen, a lot of living area, very airy, not to mention that we had at our disposal, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, 3 parking spaces, and great location, without blemish. Hosts were very responsive, quick to respond, made us very comfortable. VALEU MUUUITO A PUE!

Kaori's apartment is just amazing! Well located, new and very well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. During our stay, we had no complications, everything was perfect. The apartment is very nice, everything is new, clean and organized. The location is perfect, close to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and good restaurants. At the best point of Bessa, right on the waterfront. Claudia is an excellent host and always very attentive. We'll probably be back because it was really worth it. Not to mention that João Pessoa remains the best destination in the Northeast.

Very well located apartment, very good leisure area with heated pool, apartment with 2 bathrooms that was a differential in the stay. If it had air conditioning in the living room, it would be perfect, but the heat wasn't the worst this week with rain… parking garage helped a lot.
