Beach house vacation rentals in Jersey Shore

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Welcoming and responsive

This place is such a gem! The home was exactly what we expected — and more! The location is amazing and the setting is so serene and peaceful. The house was well-equipped with towels, linens and kitchen essentials. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms make it perfect for a family! Tom and Jess answered our questions quickly and were laid back and respectful of our time there. We will definitely book again.

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Beautiful home, great amenities and very nice host. Location was a plus close to the boardwalk but also far enough for peace and quiet.

Glenn was a very gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. The home was beautiful and the amenities exceeded those listed in the listing. I stay in lots of AirBnBs annually and this was at the top of my list of favorites. He certainly thought of everything in order to make us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again if we are looking for a place in the area.

pictures don't do this place justice!! couple houses from the beach, great places to eat and do activities within walking distance. every time I had a question the host got back to me almost instantly. back yard is amazing for bbq and just relaxing. back yard also has a shed with a big tv comfortable bed and is just a great place to hang out. I can't think of a single thing that did not exceed my expectations can't recommend this place enough I will definitely be back!

This was my first Airbnb experience, and it was outstanding!! The house was gorgeous inside and out and meticulously clean. The host, Brooke, was very accessible and responsive. Everything in the house was first class. The kitchen appliances, the chilled wine rack, the enormous, superb quality TV, the washer and dryer, the Dyson dryers in every room to the Aesop soap, etc. The balconies overlooking the ocean provided a spectacular view, especially the colorful sunrise. The path to the beach abuts the house. Even though we rented it in winter, we just had to walk to the beach. The rooms were all extremely comfortable. The primary on the top floor had a walk-in closet as well as a spacious bathroom. The main bedroom on the second floor also had a spacious bathroom. We loved it!

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed here. The house is just perfect for us. It is comfortable, clean, close to the beach. We love the porch; it is where we eat our meals. Both Ben and Ken are so responsive to any questions we may have. We are already looking forward to booking this house again for next year.

The house was great! Extremely spacious, well located. Communicating with Edwin both before and during the stay was always easy. He responds quickly and is very accommodating. It was an overall great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Autumn's house. The house itself was really lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. And the location was unbeatable: near enough to the beach and restaurants in town to walk everywhere, but in an adorable and quiet neighborhood. (We were visiting in the off season, so probably things are more hectic in the summer, but I would absolutely pick this house over other options in the future). Autumn was also very communicative and responsive. A great find all around.

We loved this place, a great amount of space with AMAZING views. Ed was very responsive if I had any questions throughout the stay. Absolutely would come here again.

This is a really comfortable and well equipped beach home. We were a family of 9 adults for 11 days in April. The large open plan space was excellent for socialising together, whilst giving us break out areas too. We had comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the showers. With separate temperature controls for upstairs and downstairs the environment was good for everyone. The house is in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. We could run or walk a distance of 5 miles on the boardwalk or enjoy beach combing at the water’s edge, shopping on Asbury Ave or enjoying a barista coffee. There are some small local supermarkets but it was only a short drive to a huge ShopRite to get stocked up. And possibly the very best feature was our hosts! Top marks to Steve, Kim and Shaylee who responded immediately and effectively to the few enquiries we had with friendly advice and practical solutions. All 9 of us highly recommend this home for groups.

Can’t say enough good things about Olivia. When she became aware that our trip to NJ was for a funeral she expressed a willingness to adjust check in and check consistent with our obligations- her empathy and kindness placed her above and beyond previous hosts I have worked with in the past. When we identified a minor maintenance issue, she had it rectified immediately. I would stay at her property again,

Wonderful stay! Beautiful and spacious home, Christine thought of everything! You could pack very little and have everything you need. Beautifully clean home and perfect location, clear instructions and everything super accessible.

Our immediate family with two adult children and young grandchildren has been back to Heather's house for our annual get together four years in a row. There is something for everyone to make them happy. The house is light and airy with tasteful comfortable furnishings and lots of toys for all ages. The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need. The house is less than 2 blocks from the Bay beach, beautiful sunsets, and very close to a Bird Observatory with a lake and beautiful trails for walking and running. There are nearby movie theaters for rainy days, lots of small boutique shops downtown, the Cape May zoo not far, restaurants and festivities for families at all seasons. The mattresses are great and bathrooms modern. One thing to note is that the bedrooms are downstairs and living spaces and kitchen upstairs, so there is a bit of climbing stairs and carrying supplies. The stairs are very safe and well lit. Heather is a friendly and responsive host.

Third time back, same clean home in a great location!

Lori is a fantastic host. She was responsive and friendly. Her home is beautiful and well-tended. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The house is roomy with plenty of beds for everyone. The family room was perfect for movie night. The house is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and the boardwalk. We will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

We had an excellent time ringing in the New Year at the Rosewood Beach House. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 adults, plus plenty of space for us to play games, cook meals, and simply enjoy each other's company. The property is conveniently located right off Coastal Highway, so it's easy to get to the beach/boardwalk, as well as grocery stores. Overall, this is an excellent place to vacation

From the start of booking Debbie was very communicative which was helpful. We had a couple little issues which weren’t Debbie’s fault but she was super quick to respond and was very helpful. My favorite part was how stocked the pantry was of spices. Usually there is salt and pepper but they had a full spice rack which was awesome.

We had a great stay. Home was clean and so close to the beach! We would stay again on a future visit to New Jersey.
