Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cute beach block (9 houses from beach) 2nd floor apt that is just one block over to doggy beach/ 4x4 drive on beach (permit needed) which is at the beginning of the three-mile North Beach nature preserve. Just simply beautiful and peaceful! It feels like you are on a deserted island. Let's not forget its only 10 mins away from the excitement of Atlantic City which has some of the best restaurants, casinos and nightlight in the world!

This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon. The ocean, restaurants & bars, and the board walk are all within walking distance. Please be advised, due to the location of this property, it is not suitable for small children who cannot swim. The space is a clean, comfortable & private 2nd floor apartment with private entrance - top floor apartment of a 2- family house. Price is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40/person/night. Linens & towels are included for bookings over $150 per night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

Only 2 adults living in the apt above. Yes, its basement but there are windows in every room, High ceiling and a full size door for coming and going.
