Cabin vacation rentals in Jasper

This cabin was in the perfect location for all of the best hiking and kayaking in the area. It's very remote, but lots of food options 30 min away. The cabin itself was adorable and cozy, it was very clean and well kept. The basement was perfect for sleeping. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lindsey and Heidi’s cabin was such a charming gem of a place. It was clean, cozy, peaceful, and very private! A perfect couples retreat. Her kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook full meals. My favorite detail were the white waffle knit robes. I brought clothes to wear but probably didn’t need to because I pretty much lived in the robes my entire stay!! The hosts were so responsive to my questions and even suggested some local activities that were happening the weekend we were there, which was great! I highly recommend their cabin if you are looking for a place near the Buffalo River!

This location was the perfect spot for our girls getaway. Between the privacy, fire pit, and hot tub we had our own piece of heaven. The views in this area are breathtaking. Plenty of room and amenities!

The sunrise is supreme. The cabin details were well thought out and they had almost anything you could want. The kitchen is well stocked with extras like oil, coffee, filters, sandwich bags, and plastic cutlery. Sharp knives, Ninja coffee maker, laundry supplies, a lighter for the stove/grill/fire pit, and more. The AC worked well. The storms caused a tree to fall over the driveway and flooded out the hot tub. They were quick to answer and address the issues we had related to the storm. The turn-off is a bit unexpected, so read the access instructions carefully before you get there. It was easy to find with the instructions provided. The location was perfectly central to everything we wanted to do: Buffalo River, MTB at Ponca/Upper Buffalo, waterfalls south of Jasper, hiking and fishing, and Horseshoe Canyon Ranch (definitely look into the Via Ferrata!!!) We will absolutely stay here again.

We loved it. We came to the area for hiking and canoeing, and while we didn't get to do a LOT of that because of the weather and rain, we still had a fantastic time because we were able to get away, play games, and just relax. We were really impressed with the cabin. The big front porch was great for watching the rain and drinking coffee. The hot tub was great for relaxation. He had everything we needed, and was super friendly and helpful - thank you Davis! The driveway to get to the house may not be for every person or vehicle, but we did not mind. It was totally doable with 4x4, and Davis has spent a lot of time, money, and effort improving it (and is still working on it even over the weekend we were there) - raging flood waters don't take it easy on anyone. Thanks again Davis, for a fantastic place to get away from everything!

By far the most well appointed Airbnb we’ve every stayed in anywhere in the world. Whitney & Tom truly thought of everything! From Dyson blow dryers to the Nespresso maker to every kitchen utensil, spice, glassware, serving dishes, and multiple large cutting boards. Truly just show up and begin your vacation. Everything including the hot tub were impeccably clean. Will look forward to staying here again!

If they have availability BOOK IT! The house is gorgeous, not a need left unmet, and the view was even better. This was a great experience from booking to leaving. We hope to come back and stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at this cutely decorated and comfortable airbnd. The location is nestled at the back of the property and offers a lot of privacy. The scenery is gorgeous. We needed to ask the Host some questions and she promptly responded and even drove over to reassure us that the water levels for the creek would be safe. We will definitely be booking a second trip at this location!!

Heather Hill was a great and quiet place to wrap up our paddling trip on the Buffalo River! Clint’s place is just a couple of minutes from the Pruitt River access. We really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and taking in the tranquility after a great float!

Great place to stay to float the Buffalo River! The driveway is a bit steep, but easy to navigate as long as you take it slow. Beds are super comfortable and was the perfect getaway for my family and friends. We will definitely be back!

Neat little cabin away from it all! It is about 3.5 mi of gravely dirt roads and gets rockier with the steep incline to the cabin. Better have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. Be aware you may not have WiFi service. We couldn’t get it to work. Our phones also did not have service. No tv, but there is a fun record player/radio. Small charcoal grill to use. Couldn’t find a can opener, but there are other basic kitchen tools and a coffee maker with coffee available. The shared walkout overlook area was a cool feature. It extends right behind the larger cabin. We were lucky and didn’t have anyone else in that cabin. We met George, who lives in the area and oversees things. He was very kind and helpful. Nighttime is so quiet! Well, other than the wall heater that sounded like Bigfoot coming down the mountain! Do yourself a favor and use the plug in one! 5 stars though- clean and unique stay. Thanks!

Loved the cabin and it felt like home! Couldn’t be happier with the privacy and the creek was amazing for swimming. 5 stars all the way. Mark was quick to respond with any questions we had. A little Ozark Oasis.

This was a great cabin on a beautiful piece of property. We loved the large back porch and open space. Cabin had great amenities and was very clean. Would love to stay here again.

The owner was very communicative and helpful. He was responsive to our questions about the area and gave us great advice. Our stay, which included two families (total of 10 individuals) stayed very comfortably in this space. We enjoyed being able to cook out and do a campfire/smores with the kids. Firewood was available with a fire pit, which was convenient. The kids loved playing games in the game room when they needed something to do. The porch had a picture perfect view of the mountains, and we loved being able to lounge, have coffee, and chat. Our trip to Falling Water Falls was a huge hit with everyone. We swam there most of the day and explored the area. Anyone traveling in this area should be aware of ticks and how to prepare/manage while exploring the area. Overall, we would love to return.

Really loved this cabin! Great view. The wood ceiling, the double sided fire place, the porch….ALL were great. The only down side for us was the drive way. We were on motorcycles & the drive is loose thick gravel & steep. I wouldn’t let it deter anyone from renting this gem….just beware & be prepared.

We brought our 3 teen/adult kids and their guests to Jasper to kayak for the weekend. All 8 people had a comfortable bed and plenty of room to play ping-pong, hot tub (pretty easy and a neat touch)cook s’mores over the fire pit, foosball and played board games too. Cooking: Ninja cookware was great to cook with, the tools were sharp and well appointed, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies **hot water lasted through all 8 (short) showers and washing dishes to boot** We brought our own kayaks and this cabin was located right in between Pruitt and Hasty. Easy enough to drop kayaks and cars at start and finish. Over all a great and memorable stay!

Laura's place is now my all time favorite place I have stayed. I came to take a break from work, and had so much peace. The cabin was equipped with everything we could need for a short stay, and for cooking instead of eating out. We even had 2 sweet guests, Alli and Finn. Even tho I'm a pet sitter and that's what I was coming down to take a break for; my heart was stilled filled. Laura was the sweetest in helping when I messaged questions and super fast response. We will be coming back to enjoy this sweet cabin . The creek access, to the nature around us, and The Buffalo River right down the road is the perfect get away.

The cabin was cozy and perfect for two. It had a comfy bed and a well-stocked kitchen. The porch and fire pit were perfectly situated to grill out and enjoy the incredible view as well. I highly recommend this cabin and would book again.

The Scenic Hideaway is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway! It fit our family of 7 perfect, kids ranging from 7 to 26. The games in the basement kept them entertained while we were hanging out at the cabin. The views are amazing from the porch and are even better than the pictures! The kids enjoyed the snacks for smores that were provided. We explored the area, all within reasonable driving distancing. 1 day kayaking the Buffalo River, a must if you love the outdoors! Just research to make sure the kayak season is open for your trip. We also hiked to the Glory Hole Falls and Kings River Falls and were easy enough for the entire family to hike. Our last day we spent in Harrison which is about a 40 minute drive and enjoyed thrift and antique shopping. We made a pit stop at the Diasy Queen and enjoyed shakes for the drive back. I would definitely pick this place to stay if we are ever in the area again.

The house was very very clean. Everything that was needed in a home away from home was there for us. My children loved the water flowing in the backyard and they loved feeding the ducks bread crumbs. The house is located out of town but only a 10-15 minute drive in either direction to grocery stores and food. Would definitely stay again.

The house itself was stunning. The location stunning, absolutely breathtaking views, and close to where we were floating. Home was beautiful and clean. Comfy beds. The host was very responsive.
