A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Privacy, Comfort and Nature in an Exclusive Retreat 🌿 Your accommodation is in a Nature Reserve, offering natural beauty just a few steps from the house. On a residential street, with free access by car (no-ZTL, free parking), it is a corner of privacy, thanks to the independent entrance and garden. You will stay in a serene environment, with the convenience of being close to the city's amenities. The accommodation is located near a sports center that could generate noise until 11:00 p.m.

The property is located in a hilly position within the territories of the villas of Andrea Palladio. From here you can easily admire the flight of the kestrel in all its beauty in the valley below, which inspired the name of the accommodation. The accommodation is an open space including a living area and a sleeping area with a private bathroom equipped with a hydromassage shower. The entrance to the accommodation is independent from the shared private parking lot.
