Vacation rentals with breakfast in Italian Riviera

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

I booked with four friends for a weekend in the hills, we had a great time. Clean and spacious rooms and bathroom, the garden with the pool overlooking the valley where we could also barbecue in the evening. Everything as I was looking for, rustic and immersed in nature, outside the chaotic areas but with many points of interest really just a few minutes away by car. With James, who is very helpful, contacts have always been easy and fast.

If the place is available, simply book it—you won’t regret it! The area is peaceful and beautiful, and the property is superbly clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a fantastic espresso coffee machine, the beds are comfortable, and even wireless chargers are provided for phones. Breakfast was exceptional—it was unreal to wake up to freshly baked bread and vegetables from the garden. All in all, you won’t regret staying here!

Perfect home for short stays. Clean and equipped with a hearty breakfast and water. Antonio is very clear in the description of the access methods.

The Hosts were very welcoming, available and responsive when needed. The accommodation was as described and we had breakfast with several snacks at our disposal, it was great! Only 20 minutes from Turin city center, many amenities were close (ideally by car). I would recommend it 100%.

The apartment was extremely clean—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. It was also quiet and very well equipped, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and nightlife options nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, perfect for 4 people! It’s located inside the hotel but the apartment unit is spacious with both a general dining sitting area and a separate couch /tv room that can also be a bedroom. On the Jean Medicin as soon as you step outside which made it convenient to walk to other places!

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Alessio and Anna were excellent hosts. The space was generally clean and easy to find. Anna gave very clear instructions on how to find the place and managed to get us the tourist QR code which allowed us to use the lift! Anna even gave local recommendations, shared a recommendation for a porter, shared what time Easter mass was and allowed us to leave our luggage the day of the check in and check out. Overall very pleasant stay. The room had the amenities we needed and the best view of Riomaggiore! Will come back!

everything was excellent! small downside on hard mattresses like pebbles and the difficulty of parking on the street or in the neighborhood (there is parking for the building to which we do not have access..)

The house is really very well located, very clean, quiet, with an equally pleasant exterior, in the countryside very close to the city. Dario really thought of everything in every detail. I have never seen a home so complete and so generously endowed with everything you need. Accessible, responsive and very discreet host. We'll be happy to go back.

Extremely flexible check-in, easily arranged with Annarita, which allowed me to focus on my activities without stressing about the time. Large, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need (including a hairdryer with a diffuser). Equipped kitchen. Upon my arrival, I found fresh water, juices and yogurt in the refrigerator, as well as tea and coffee, available to guests. The area is quiet, secluded from the center and the fair, but Parma is small, in 10-15 minutes by car you can reach both. Reserved parking in the courtyard. Every now and then you could hear a train passing by, but the windows filtered the noise enough, so at night I rested well and they didn't wake me up (despite my light sleep). There are shutters on the windows, so there is no total blackout, but it is a subjective limitation (I always travel with a mask anyway). Comfortable bed. There is no elevator, but the apartment is immediately on the first floor. Positive experience.

We loved staying at Fabiana's. At night it was so quiet and restful and the bed was super comfortable. Fabiana's is an easy walk from the train station, the ferry departure and the beach. We are travelling everywhere by train so it was perfect. Fabiana really looked after us with fresh croissants, fruit, yoghurt, foccaccia bread and awesome coffee. Thank you Fabiana!

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

Super nice hosts, was spontaneously chosen for the transit and luckily for me the right thing. The old town is also great to explore in the evening and invites you to have a cheap dinner.

This is a very unique and special property and well worth the climb. Once we arrived we were warmly greeted by Marco, who provided water with fresh lemons from his property. Marco was helpful and accommodating . He is very knowledgeable and knows the Cinque Terre area and trails well and was able to offer hiking and sightseeing recommendations. The view from the property is stunning and the house is very comfortable.

Guglielmina was a wonderful and sweet lady who showed us our room and how to open the doors. The place was easy to find with the host’s instructions! A very cute place to stay at.

The B&B of Valerio is well located in the quiet center of Monticello, near Alba and all the main centers of Roero and Langhe. The structure of the B&B is modern and functional, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and special. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Valerio was kind and friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to visit and the restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

It feels like it's out of the world, even though it's so easy to get to. Sara is a host who is very attentive to details and to make people feel comfortable and with every comfort. The descriptions faithfully match what you will find, what they cannot communicate is the peace and harmony they breathe in that place 😊 Everything is clean, fragrant, comfortable mattress, friendly and discreet welcome.
