Anna is the perfect host. Even though she doesn't speak English, she would love to share her knowledge of country life in Italy. We communicated with Google translate and it worked very well. Anna showed us her farm, her olive groves and helped us get a private viewing of a nice little vineyard nearby. Anna was very helpful and offered us several things that we did not expect. The apartment is stunning and very clean. We enjoyed Stefano's service and kindness that was especially available and provided varied recommendations in the lake area. The apartment is a short walk from the lake and the port, and yet located in a quiet and cozy area. The apartment had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Thanks so much Stefano!

Our short stay in Marta was no less than fabulous. Maria Madalena was easy to communicate with, the apartment was SPOTLESS, the view was beautiful and peaceful. We stayed with our children and they provided us with a clean, like new toddler cot. We wish we had stayed longer!

the space is large and sufficiently furnished. The bed was good and the bathroom with walk-in shower excellent . The center of the nice old town is within walking distance (10 minutes) and supermarkets around the corner (3 minutes walk) Breakfast in the village is excellent the accommodation is a great base for trips to Bolseno , Orvieto or very nice sculpture park in Bomarzo. Swimming is a great option in the lake
