Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

We had a fantastic stay at Alberto’s place! The location was amazing, far from touristy areas with great (quieter) restaurants nearby. Also very close to Murano and only 30 minute walk to San Marco square. We will be back!

lovely spot outside of the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas which is perfect after a long day exploring it’s super close to everything though and takes minutes to get to everything major the apartment feels spacious, homely, bright and airy perfect for a solo traveler

Valentina's place was perfect for 2 people. She met us at the apartment and showed us around. She left us coffee, milk, cereal, wine and water. There was a local supermarket and Valentina showed up several locations on the map for shopping, restaurants, local places for drinks and the ease to the nearby vaparetto stops. It even had air conditioning, which we only used at night as white noise to help us sleep! The neighborhood and location couldn't be better for visiting Venice. The Jewish Ghetto is a 10 minute walk. We also took day trips to Trieste and Padova and walked to the train station in about 20 minutes. This flat is also in a lovely neighborhood right on the lagoon. Valentina was very responsive with every question. If you are 1 or 2, this is the place for exploring the beautiful city of Venezia.
