Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Angela’s Retreat is a self contained residence with its own entrance, small kitchenette, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed if required. It has it's own private entrance with driveway parking directly outside allowing guests to come and go as they please. Other facilities include Wifi and an internet-only TV with Netflix and Prime. A small adjacent garden area is the ideal place to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.

Situated overlooking Ventnor with uninterrupted views of the English Channel. A bright, airy, and fully equipped one bedroom apartment with a private entrance and a small balcony area. Watch the Sun and Moon rise over the sea, see the fishing boats and cruise ships sail by, and if you're really lucky, you might spot a pod of dolphins swim past. On a dark night, you can see the Milky Way light up the sky. 20 minutes stroll to Ventnor beach and High Street with its independent and artisan shops.

It is located centrally in Bembridge, with ready access to a whole variety of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and village stores. Numerous beaches are on the doorstep, with options of sea-swimming, water sports and fantastic walks. Bembridge, with its harbour, iconic life-boat station and windmill, provides a beautiful base from which to explore all the island has to offer.

Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.

The space is modern and bright, recently renovated with a double mezzanine bed and single / sofa bed under. We have 20% off foot passenger and 15% off car travel.
