Second stay in this house: paradise is always there!!! This house and its location are superb. The house is fabulous to live in and the location is more than perfect: everything is nearby without any inconvenience. Really the perfect vacation in an idyllic place. I think I'll come back a third time. 😜

the top floor accommodation has an exceptional view. it is large, very pleasant and very well-equipped. very clean and well located very close to shops and the city center without having the noises and inconveniences of many tourists. Catherine is very responsive. I highly recommend.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location on the island for access to restaurants by foot in the evening. We are cat people, so having the two around was awesome and relaxing. Recommend having a golf cart or scooter to get up the hill to the place as well as all the others throughout the island. Mosquitoes exist on the island; however there were many measures provided to deter them, so they were manageable. We loved the spot and wish to return!

We had a great time with many companions (the cat who was waiting for us on the terrace, the hens and chicks, etc.) in the middle of a nice and quiet wooded park. The nearby restaurant and tapas bar where you can enjoy the evening sea breeze is a plus. Recommended.

Excellent stay of about ten days with Jeanne and Nicolas. Accommodation ideally located on Basse-Terre to discover the whole of Guadeloupe by reconciling sightseeing, hikes and idyllic beaches. The proximity to the RN appeared to us as an advantage for access to the accommodation and our different connections, rather than an inconvenience. Very warm and generous welcome from our hosts, taking care of us and very good advice from start to finish. Jeanne and Nicolas's place was a haven of peace, returning at night after long days of excursions, where we were waiting to relax the pool and jacuzzi always well maintained by our hosts. Ideal spot for a relaxing and refreshing moment, aperitifs with friends or family. The house and the outside are well equipped, harmoniously decorated and with the features as advertised. We would definitely recommend this accommodation in Gwada for a nice stay

Absolutely great location. 5 steps from the property and you were standing on the water. Enough shade. Walk to the village in 10-15 minutes. The amenities were very good. Only a steep spiral staircase up Otherwise everything is perfect. The on-site support was perfect

Accommodation at the foot of the beach (we swam with the turtles in the morning), beautiful terrace with few neighbors. Responsive host for check-in and check-out. Well-equipped interior and exterior accommodation. Air conditioning that works well, good bedding. In the morning, we have breakfast with the hummingbirds and anoles. Be sure to use mosquito repellent or mosquito nets! We had a lovely stay with a well-located accommodation.

Stunning panoramic view of Îlet Cabrit, Sud-Basse-Terre and the rest of Terre de Haut. Very welcoming home, with lots of personality. Impeccably clean. Everything necessary is present: mosquito nets, appliances, ambient lamps, air conditioning for the room etc etc We highly recommend it. The only downside: sounds of economic activity just below that announce an early awakening

Perfect stay in Benoît's beautiful duplex! Outdoor kitchen and large table for nice family moments. Stunning views of the Bay of Saintes from the terrace and pool. Communication with Benoit was easy. We would recommend it without hesitation.

What more can I say than wow The view was simply stunning. A peaceful oasis Ludovic and his wife were very nice and very welcoming. March 2025 Christelle's apartment was an important part of the pleasure we had in visiting Guadeloupe. It was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. The views of the sea and the mountains were breathtaking. Christelle was very quick to respond to our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, without hesitation.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

Jo's villa was impeccable. It felt like a home away from home and nothing was missing. A real slice of paradise with beautiful sunsets. Intimate place that we recommend to everyone.

The accommodation is really spacious and very clean. The mattress of the large bed is extremely comfortable. The view and the garden are beautiful. Victorine is a very caring, attentive, available and so kind host.

We had a great week at the Fressinette studio! The accommodation is impeccable and very functional. The pool is lovely, private and sunny at all times of the day. The location is ideal for hikers who want to explore La Soufrière, Chutes du Carbet, Canyon Moustique, etc., etc. A big thank you to Cathy and her entire charming family for the special touches throughout our stay. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We had a great time at this place! The apartment was clean, comfortable and as described. Valerie was absolutely wonderful: welcoming, available and always ready to help while respecting our privacy. Her attention to detail and kindness really made a difference. I would recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay again!

We had the very best time. The apartment is located directly at the beach and everything is easily accessible. Everything worked out great and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful.

Philippe and his wife are extremely charming, welcoming and really attentive hosts. Very concerned about the well-being of these hosts. We were able to count on them throughout our stay. Small homemade coconut ice cream upon arrival. What more could you ask for? We're so grateful for this first experience in Guadeloupe. And of course we will be back…

A little piece of heaven The cabin has a beautiful view of the bay and Dominica off the coast. We can spend hours contemplating the comings and goings of hummingbirds, sugar trees, butterflies that come to see you, and the few boats that come or leave from the bay. The two armchairs on the terrace are super comfortable and the terrace is well ventilated, we are really good there. Even the shower has a view of the bay! To eat, no worries, Magali is very very good cook, the tapas tray for two people is very good, homemade dried duck breast, homemade fish rillettes, homemade accras, homemade marinated peppers, everything is very good. She also offers drinks, whether schooled or not (homemade juice), main course, dessert .... Don't hesitate to ask her.... The loan of the paddle board is really nice to alternate between snorkeling and paddleboarding in the bay. I chose Kazbane for the night of my 50th birthday and I really don't regret my choice!

Great apartment, very well equipped with several extras (really a lot of kitchen items, spices, coffee, local fruits… everything is there). Several beach towels, fins, mask and snorkel available, beach basket, several books about the area… Apartment larger than I imagined, we felt at home, safe and no bugs during our stay. The description is very accurate, no unpleasant surprises. Very friendly and welcoming host. Beautiful view of the marina and walking distance to the beach. Several small shops nearby (2 bakeries, butcher shop, local market, grocery store, restaurant)

Lots of potential for this place. Perfect for the price even if somewhat old-fashioned. The cleanliness of the surroundings leaves a little to be desired.... But the kindness of the hosts and the people of the place quickly make us forget this small inconvenience.

Nice house, tastefully decorated and well equipped.and with little welcome touches ( rum , fruit ...) . Bruno who manages the concierge was warm and responsive to our requests. The only real inconvenience comes from a bedroom whose window opens directly to a garage and which is closed by a curtain and whose air conditioning is in the office next door . One of the other bedrooms is a Carbet independent of the house . It would be good to specify all this in the listing to avoid disappointments . Good value for money because we had a promotion. Despite this inconvenience, we had a good week in this house in a good location to visit Basse Terre.
