We had a lovely stay at the accommodation, which has very understated and soothing decor. The environment is quiet, pleasant, green and not overlooked. The pool is clean and very comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Great place in the forest and mountain. Mauritius and his wife were very friendly. You quickly feel at ease in this space. Safe from mosquitoes and with small birds on a daily basis. I keep this address without fail for a future stay in Guadeloupe! thank you again

Florent & Nicole were wonderful hosts during our stay. They were able to answer our questions & their hospitality was great. The place is great. An amazing view, the jacuzzi to relax. The amenities present allow you to have a stay without missing anything. I would highly recommend it!

an excellent welcome from the host, listening to any questions. we had the bad luck of having a power outage the temp of a weekend but the host did everything necessary with a generator to still have electricity. We were able to eat and keep the fridge on. In any case, I recommend any guest to take this place that was accurate to the photo and good value for money.

A perfect stay in Desbonnes! We had a wonderful few days in this apartment in Desbonnes and we would like to thank our hosts, Patrice and Loreen, for their warm welcome and generosity. Loreen was very attentive which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were perfect, providing a restful sleep, and the balcony was a real plus, offering beautiful views of the surrounding dense vegetation. What a pleasure to wake up every morning to this view! The pool was also a real blessing, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. In summary, we would highly recommend this place for its quality of accommodation, location and, of course, the warm welcome from our hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

Nice stay. Nice view. The apartment was comfortable. The bed was good, the AC worked well. The terrace was nice. Clean kitchen (we just missed coffee filters). At first the host didn’t reply to the phone, but in the end everything went well and we installed nicely and easily

Difficult to find the words to describe the wonder that this stay gave us. The estate of Pascale and her spouse is a real Jardin d 'Eden. Everything is perfect: the warmth of the hosts and the daily interactions, the garden and its fragrant plants, the sea view, the proximity to Grand-Bourg and with many restaurants. If you see that the place is available, hurry to book it!

The stay went perfectly! The accommodation was impeccable, as described, and very pleasant. The hosts were great: welcoming, available and attentive. The pool is also pleasant and peaceful, we would definitely recommend this place :)

Béatrice has been an amazing host, her place has a unique feel and charm with an amazing view which in itself made our stay amazing. The location is very convenient to discover Basse-Terre and the closeness to the La Traversée makes it easy to cross to Grande Terre. Finally and most importantly, Béatrice hosts with generosity. She was warm and and went above and beyond to anticipate our needs, in communication. We will stay with Beatrice again on our next trip to Guadeloupe and would recommend her without any hesitation.

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Hello Edmonde and Philippe, Thank you so much for letting us use their wonderful apartment. The apartment contains everything you need for a longer stay. The view over the Petit Anse to the sunset is fantastic. The private parking for the necessary rental car is perfect. The location on the slope is very quiet. Mosquitoes were not an issue at the time of our stay. Internet access is very fast, streaming and video telephony are no problem, so work should be possible without any problems. From May 11 to 25... 2 weeks that allowed us to discover this wonderful corner of Basse-Terre. We were looking for calm, comfort, safety, a nearby beach...in short, we were 100% satisfied. Upon our arrival, Adeline welcomed us and answered our questions, reassuring us that she would be there if needed, thank you Adeline for your kindness and professionalism. The wooden house, nicely decorated, in short, there was everything you need to be comfortable. Note the cleanliness of the bedding, and the air conditioning, so necessary, and functional. Lots to do nearby, to visit too. Grande Anse Beach, 5-minute walk, still beautiful. Taking the time to stop, enjoy the landscape, in this environment of absolute calm, was part of our "specifications." By the way, during our stay... we booked for next December, 2 weeks less in our Quebec winter! See you soon!🛫
