Cottage vacation rentals in Guadeloupe

Anita and Henri are lovely hosts! Welcoming, responsive, unobtrusive, and at the same time kind to their hosts. The cottage is as described and the hot tub is very nice when returning from the beach. I highly recommend this rental to book without second thought.

The place and the setting taked you back to tranquility and nature. The view of the forest and the ocean is one of a kind. Driving up to the location is quite the adventure. The roads are steep, beprepared. We also enjoyed a home cooked dinner delivered to our villa by the hosts. The coconut chicken and the creme Brule were delicious! As a side note, make sure to bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

We had a great time at Vanessa and Sylas' place, who welcomed us with a smile! A delicious meal and a bottle of punch were waiting for us in the fridge as a welcome! The accommodation is just perfect, the pool is very nice and the jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after trudging around all day. The accommodation is very functional and nothing was missing, quietly located and a 5-minute walk to Malendure beach. Vanessa was very responsive to all our questions, it was just perfect 😊

The place perfectly matched what we were looking for: being quiet, close to nature on a small island. The hot tub is a real plus to relax after a busy day The interior and equipment are very clean, modern and functional. Dominique's parents who live far away are very friendly and available while leaving all privacy. We recommend!

Beautiful atypical accommodation in a wonderful garden in the heart of nature. The mill is very pleasant to stay and the welcome of our hosts is perfect. Renaud and Olivier do everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it !

Fabulous stay. Comfortable lodge, in the middle of nature in a lush garden. Big bonus: the private hot tub after the ascent of the Soufriere, a short walk away… another small bonus, the night tour of an adorable raccoon. We would have stayed there!

We had a great Easter weekend in Saints-Maries-de-la-Mer at Camille's. The view and decor of the house were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place. We didn't lack anything and we can only recommend this place to people who want a quiet and relaxing stay. We will be back!

The location for a coastal and forest tour is perfect for this part of the island. For a pleasant accommodation, it is full of life (iguana, hummingbird, sugar tree, etc.) and vegetation. In a private space, the pool is very suitable and goes very well to the 3 bedroom accommodation with each its own shower and toilet area 👍 The main shops are within walking distance and I thank Alexandra for her advice for car rental. Looking forward to coming back if our vacation takes us back to beautiful Gwada 😀

Thanks to Pierre for the warm welcome to his home in Terre de Bas. The place is beautiful with stunning views of the surrounding area. The place was clean and well equipped. Pierre was very kind to pick us up at the port on arrival (same thing on departure). We had good recommendations for places to go (restaurants and activities). We'd love to come back to Pierre's in the future.

If you're looking for an exceptional place to enjoy Guadeloupe, look no further. The house is just gorgeous and opens to the outside. We were with children and everything is done to please them, from the pretty pool to the garden to the games available. Each family had their own bedroom with bathroom which was very much appreciated. In addition, communication with Dominique was simple and the welcome by Claire was warm. She was very responsive, flexible and caring! Only small downside, the pretty hammock and the bed by the pool were not there… it did not spoil our pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa. In short, we will come back to this little piece of heaven without hesitation.

We traveled to 12 with family and received a very warm welcome from Didier and Claudio. Accommodation is as described, and very well-equipped. The children were able to make the most of the pool. We had a dream stay, in a quiet and peaceful place, close to many places to discover, the rental of a car is however essential . The little plus, we had a great evening at the table d 'hôte at Didier's! We unanimously recommend the listing, and would love to come back for a future trip.

Every morning we would get up and have our coffee on the terrace by the pool and gaze at the beautiful ocean, the cool breeze blowing through the flowering bushes and trees. This villa was paradise.Spacious, relaxing and perfectly situated for a zen-like beach holiday. It is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I highly recommend this excellent property.

Very good stay at Luc's. Well equipped, clean and convivial house. Luc was available if needed. I enjoyed the gestures of attention. Fruits and rum that I enjoyed well. it's worth a visit and I definitely go back.

We wanted to start our stay in Guadeloupe with a few days on Basse Terre to discover the untamed wilderness. We were delighted with our choice at Stéphane's! The accommodation is surrounded by nature, surrounded by plants and with a superb sea escape. We had just arrived and we really felt like we were on vacation! Stéphane welcomed us perfectly with nice little touches as a bonus. In short, 2 excellent nights with family with our parents and children aged 8 and 12! We recommend it!

Apartment at height that allows you to enjoy a superb view of Les Saintes. The terrace allows you to fully enjoy it. Friendly and available host.

Loic's big house was a beautiful discovery. An old-fashioned house and just a stone's throw from a beautiful little beach. The house has everything you need, air conditioning, large spaces inside and outside, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Definitely suitable for more people (I was alone!) considering that it is very big. Christiane picked me up at the port and took me back and allowed me to check out late. Everything was beautiful, the only thing I recommend to future guests is to put insecticide under the main front door, from there some cockroaches come in. It's normal, we're in a garden, but it's enough to keep them away.

Very well located accommodation for exploring Grande Terre! We booked a paragliding flight and the flight location is 9 minutes from the accommodation so it was ideal 🪂 Stephen is a great cook and a thoughtful host! We highly recommend you taste the cuisine if you stay there! The planter and coconut punch prepared by him remain simply the best we have tasted in Guadeloupe🍹 Two small points to note before you book: 1. Make sure you love dogs because you will meet Happy, Jester and Rex, the three adorable dogs of the residence! They can be a little lively on arrival and departure because they defend the property but are sweethearts 🐶 2. The stairs to go up to the mezzanine are very steep, depending on your physical condition or age, take this information into consideration! Thanks for everything!
