With the famous Cat Haven just 3 miles up the road and just 16 miles to Kings Canyon National Park, this is an easily accessible location. Pet and family friendly.

The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60 ft waterfall. I also own Oak haven cottage that in next door to oak haven cabin, and larger house that is next door on its own 1-acre lot that's sleeps 9 and you can see it on Airbnb, and it's called Sequoia Tree House.
