Beautiful cozy place in an equally beautiful and cozy area.

We were with 5 people at the beginning of July 2023 in Groet near Jantien and have filled up very well. For about 15 years, we have been vacationing at irregular intervals in the area of Bergen and now know a large number of accommodations. This house has all the previous tops and from our point of view represents exactly the casual, Dutch holiday style with a large kitchen, beautiful bathroom, 3 bedrooms, large garden, parking and proximity to the supermarket and bakery. We will come again this year, but will not mention this tip ........😉 Hans

Very nice, modern house in a cottage park. Especially now in winter, the fireplace in the living room was of course a special highlight. Bink was also nice enough to bring us even more wood and was always easily accessible otherwise. Overall, the house has probably only been recently renovated, very spacious, yet cozy and above all the kitchen well equipped. We have been to Noordwijk before and have chosen this place again, as it is not only located directly on the dunes and is therefore ideal for walks to the sea, but also cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, The Hague or Delft are easily accessible. We would book Bink's house again anytime! :)

The stay at Onno was really great! The house had everything you could need as a family - lots of games, trampoline, beach toys, and even plenty of usable bikes of different sizes. Really great was the tranquility and of course the hot tub. The oven in the house has still underlined the Nordic ambiance and created a lot of coziness. The small strainer coffee machine was a great surprise and otherwise the kitchen was super equipped. All in all a very successful holiday thanks to the beautiful accommodation.

Roel is a wonderful host! When our train was canceled to Amsterdam directly, he was very helpful in suggesting alternate ways to get to the apartment from Rotterdam. He went above and beyond. The place itself is a really lovely place to spend time in Amsterdam with beautiful views in a lovely little neighborhood with convenient groceries, restaurants and transit. Our family of 6 had a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We had a lovely stay in Amsterdam at Lisa’s beautiful apartment! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate so we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful garden area. Our kids loved having their own ‘cottage’ in the back. Their home was modern and very clean 10/10 recommend!

beautiful place to stay, looks exactly like the photos. It is about an hour away from Amsterdam if you take the 80 bus, there is a bus stop about a 5 min walk away from the property. i recommend this location for those who want a quiet, private place to stay that is not too far from amsterdam. i am a study-abroad student so i appreciated having access to both the beach and the center :)

We were thrilled with Jurjen’s place. Homey and lush, clean and vibrant. We were so happy to be there. Jurjen provides clear instructions and wonderful recommendations. Per his suggestion we rented a boat & that was one highlight of our trip! Jurjen’s place is the best example of Airbnb that I’ve stayed. The kitchen is completely stocked with very nice quality. The beds are comfortable after long days exploring. Truly a gem. Amsterdam is a hip and magical city and this home is all that and more.

Margot offers an atypical accommodation in a peaceful setting. In the middle of the greenery, it is easy to reach the train station serving Amsterdam and its region. Quality bedding in a quiet environment and away from traffic allows optimal recovery after beautiful days of sightseeing. Zaandam, a charming suburban town, offers the benefits of both the city and the countryside. Margot was kindly available and had good advice.

Great, cozy place to stay in if you want something close to Amsterdam, but nice and quiet. Great to be on the water, supermarket/shops in a nice picturesque town 5 mins from the house and you’ll drive into Amsterdam in 10 mins. Host super responsive and smooth and flexible checkin and checkout. Recommend!

We had a great week in this cottage. It was even better than we imagined. Definitely very easy to reach and find. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable. A TV in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom is truly luxury. The sauna is great and took about 1 hour for us to get to temperature. We enjoyed it extremely and will definitely be back

This was a beautifully decorated home. We had a wonderful stay. Marius was super helpful as we were there a few hours before check in. Excellent hosts. Hoyse was immaculately decorated. Location was superb .

We had a great time with the family in Hoorn! ☀️ The place was very nice, super equipped and decorated with a certain eye for detail 😊. Sofie was a great host and made check-in and check-out very easy for us. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation. P.S. Hoorn is a small, cute little town with a great harbor. The newly created beach offers many possibilities for adults and children. Unfortunately not suitable for dogs, the dog beach is unfortunately not so attractive. Still, we had a great break! 😊

The villa was amazing, the views on the lake were perfect for a small getaway. Pien was also very responsive and helpful we loved our stay at the villa. Definitely coming back again when the weather is warmer
