Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Heiloo

Els' rental home is wonderful! My husband and I stayed in this home for 3 nights with our son, daughter-in-law, their two very young children (both under 2.5 yrs) and it was ideal. There are two bedrooms and a full (both shower & bath) bathroom upstairs, a bedroom and full bathroom ensuite downstairs plus a toilet room downstairs. The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen was plenty of space for our purposes. We didn't have great weather but during nice weather there is also an outdoor eating area and huge lawn. It also had laundry machines. The home was very clean and had everything you need to cook and eat in. There is a large fridge, but note there is no freezer... so, we just ate all the ice cream bars we had purchased in one evening, so that wasn't a problem ◡̈ The rental home is located beside the owners home and they are very welcoming and helpful and it was lovely to meet them. Impressive Airbnb and we had a terrific time and would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at the house and in Amsterdam and Leon was a very good host.

We (2 people & dog) stayed at Karin's cottage for 1 week. Karin is a top hostess and very helpful. The cottage has every comfort, sparkling clean, cozily furnished , has very good beds and is quietly located. We felt immediately welcome and completely at home. Our stay even liked so much that we already booked for our next vacation.

We had a nice time in Karen's place. It is a good place to visit Amsterdam, Haarlem and to go to the beach!

What a lovely place. The fresh flowers and bottle of wine upon entering provided a good start to a wonderful weekend. We could walk straight into the village from the cottage. Cozy village with nice stores and cozy lighting at the end of November. Of course we have been to the beach a few times as well. Nathalie was always quick to respond to questions. We really enjoyed it and hope to return again next year. Thanks!

Very nice, modern house in a cottage park. Especially now in winter, the fireplace in the living room was of course a special highlight. Bink was also nice enough to bring us even more wood and was always easily accessible otherwise. Overall, the house has probably only been recently renovated, very spacious, yet cozy and above all the kitchen well equipped. We have been to Noordwijk before and have chosen this place again, as it is not only located directly on the dunes and is therefore ideal for walks to the sea, but also cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, The Hague or Delft are easily accessible. We would book Bink's house again anytime! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I enjoyed my stay very much, the landlords were extremely friendly and always responsive. This small apartment has everything you need. I felt very comfortable there. The place has everything you want for a getaway. The location is great. Since I traveled with a dog, I really liked that you immediately have the opportunity to walk the dog "in the countryside" as soon as you leave the property. The entire property is a dream, the garden is a paradise. I would book this place again anytime.

The apartment was cozy and felt like a home. The neughbourhood is extremelly recommended for tourists, as it is walkable and easy to move arround. There are various restaurants/bars in the surroundings, not to mention Cuyp market but the apartment was very quiet. Amsterdam is a very expensive city to stay, and the price follows the regions average.

This is such a lovely apartment and in such a nice neighborhood! It is perfectly located for exploring Amsterdam, within walking distance of nearly everything, but without being in the middle of tourists. Unlike some generic Airbnb apartments, this was personal and impeccably decorated. It exceeded all expectations! We felt honored to be Bas's guests. Bas was a very responsive host and was extremely flexible with early check-in and late check-out. It does have steep steps so it may not be ideal for people with limited mobility but it was fine for us. We walked to Vondel Park and the museums and local restaurants and took a tram on the corner to many other locations. Would stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. It is in a very comfortable neighborhood with restaurants, pastries, groceries and more. Transportation was easy. 3 minutes to one tram, 5 minutes to another. About 20-25 minutes by tram to central station. The apartment is on the upper level with private roof top seats and table that afforded a great view of the city on two evenings. Lovely. The apartment was clean….kitchen, sitting room, bathroom. Because of space, the bed is raised and accessible by a ladder. This created more floor space but the design might be difficult for some people…..the sleeping area is like a high bunk bed with a low ceiling. Thomas was there to greet us. He is a wonderful host and stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend Thomas and his apartment and would gladly stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The place was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable and one of the highlights was the bathroom, which featured a nice bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was fantastic, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport was right in front of the door, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in/check-out smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I’ll definitely be back!

Absolute fantastic, couldn’t recommend staying here enough!! They were extremely helpful. Sent up some amazing recommendations for food & exploring the city. The apartment was even better than the photos, will definitely be going back soon!

During our stay we found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet place to stay with beautiful views of the sea and the nature reserve. The amenities were great, we found everything as described. We will be happy to come back!

It was nice weekend stay. Enjoy Heiloo (Proeflokaal Hop) nice music bar with lot of choice of local beers. and also possible to go by walk to Heiloo station & easy to visit Alkmaar. free parking and chill area. If you have car here is easy to access. Room sound system use Bose speakers sound is clear and elegant. makes your stay more luxury :)

Excellent location! Close by to a plethora of top notch restaurants. A quick 3-5 minute walk to the Anne Frank house and within an enjoyable 30 min walk to all the top museums (e.g., Van Gogh, etc.) and key sites. Some street noise which is common when bordering a canal, but not bothersome at all. Heated bathroom floor tiles a nice plus in the winter. We definitely would stay here again if ever back in Amsterdam. Thank you!

We stayed four nights with our dog at Julie's place and are super satisfied. Everything necessary was on site and we were able to make ourselves comfortable even in bad weather. We also loved the location right on the beach for walks in between. We will be happy to come back. 😊
