If I could give a higher rating a would, this was by far one of the most homely, clean and comfortable places we have stayed. super easy to get inside, warm on arrival, lots of little extras that were a lovely surprise and made our stay even more comfortable. Birdwatching from the window of you like that, lovely surprise for us. The bed was comfortable, portacot for our baby set up with bedding ready to go. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay ☺️

A very tasteful new property in a great location. Diana is the perfect host with a great understanding of what travellers need. Communication with her from start to finish was excellent. One of the best properties we have stayed in while travelling in the UK.

What can I say about this place? I can’t praise it highly enough. The location is perfect, the apartment is magnificent; it’s clean, very, very well stocked and has everything you need (even a cafetière - thank you so much for that), and Katrina is the perfect host. I will be staying here again, hopefully soon. Here’s hoping that you don’t book it up before me!

Our second stay, perfect location when we come to visit family. Clean and comfortable. Perfectly suited for our family of 4. Stuart is also very helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Chris's appartment. The accommodation was clean, spacious, well equipped, airy and comfortable with a splendid view right over the beachfront. The bathroom is spacious with a superb shower. There are some excellent restaurant choices nearby. Chris was very responsive and helpful giving clear instructions and advice. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location and property making for a great stay made all the better by Jill going above and beyond to help out. Great to explore the market and loved the quay. With such easy reach to a great beach 20 minutes away and the forest, highly recommended.

The house was ideally located for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth by foot. Close to mainly places to eat. Great having off street parking. All the house needs is a dishwasher! Otherwise can’t fault the place

Great house for family with young children. The garden and games room were fantastic for the kids and we had a great short stay with at the Witterings. The house is lovely.

We visited with 2 other families for a get together for half term. The house was absolutely outstanding, clean and had all the amenities needed for a cosy gateway with young children. Our youngest enjoyed having around some toys and the older loved the toy room in the garden. All adults loved the living room and kitchen space and the fireplace. A truly amazing space for our weekend away! Thank you

We had the most wonderful time staying at Natalie’s home. It was clean and beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could need. It was the perfect spot for a weekend away and we would love to come back. Natalie gave us great recommendations for what to do in the local area and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a really lovely stay. The house fit us comfortably (10 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies) with lots of space for the kids to run around and a great separate play area for them! The kitchen was well equipped and a lovely hamper was left for us when we arrived. The games shed was great and surroundings were beautiful- walking on to a quiet beach just off the driveway. A great place for a big family getaway- would highly recommend.

This is a great Airbnb to stay in, it’s great staying in an old church, loads of personality and really fun! Really well equipped kitchen too and we found some lovely pubs nearby. Excellent instructions from Gary on how to get there and what to do on check out. Would happily stay there again.

Wonderful family weekend in a super house which is ideal for a large gathering. Pippa was great - proactive communications and readily available to answer questions. The house easily accommodated our nine family members aged from 15 to 60. Storm Bert did its best, but we hunkered down with a fire, the cinema room, table tennis table and darts. Oh and plenty of home cooked food ! Kitchen is huge and welcoming for a large party.

Lara’s apartment was perfect for my family of 3 adults and 2 small dogs. All amenities were spotless, with comfortable beds and hotel quality linen. The parking clock worked well for both local parking and where we visited. This was a trip down memory lane as I was born in the area and Lara’s place was well located for us to see the sights, including an unseasonal snowfall which added to the charm.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with tea, a coffee machine, everything we could have wanted. Communication was good, I would definitely recommend Martin's place.
