Family-friendly vacation rentals in Havant

Me and my family stayed here for my mums birthday for the weekend. It was absolutely the most perfect place to be. Beautiful, spacious and modern house. With 3 bathrooms & robes for all of us. A very generous ampunt of cookery, pots, pans, glasses for us to use, which made it easier to cook in the kitchen. Also had salt, pepper, tea and a few bits of food for us to use. We travel a lot, and this is more than any other airbnb host has given us. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, so relaxing and easy to use. The rooms were neat and the beds and beddings were so soft and comfortable, I had a great sleep here. The house had a good heating system, an easy to use oven and cooker. The location was perfect. In a quite street, but a few mins from busy areas, shopping markets, the mall, the beach, and good restaurants. The host George was also very responsive. I have so much more great things I can say about this place. I highly recommend anyone to come and experience it for yourselves.

We loved the location of this property - close to the beach and in a peaceful location, but still within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and places to eat. The property was perfect for our group - clean, comfortable and spacious.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, we enjoyed sleeping with the owls & waking up to the woodpeckers, pheasants, red kites etc! Betty is super cosy once you get the fire going and a lovely little peaceful getaway. Plenty of space and all the amenities needed. The robes in the bathroom were a lovely touch and the outside bath was a little treat! Everything was as described and we’d love to return in the spring months. If you enjoy nature and the little things in life, you won’t regret staying here ☺️

Absolutely gorgeous. Me and my partner loved the area very peaceful. Brilliant host very warm and welcoming. The cabin was immaculate. Very cosy. Definitely would love to come back!

We had a great stay, it was a lovely place and Kate was really helpful. The fire alarm started beeping on our last night so we had to unplug it but other than that we had no problems!

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

We stayed at Churchlands for the morning of my wedding and it was magical. All my bridesmaids asked how I found such a gorgeous place to stay, such a hidden gem! It was spotless and everything we needed was supplied and there was so much room. We are forever grateful to Angel for hosting us and allowing me and my bridesmaids to get ready there, it made my wedding morning so special 💒

This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The hideaway has everything you need and is very comfortable. It has stunning views of the surrounding forests and lots of opportunities to spot wildlife, especially with the bird feeder on the balcony. Louise is very friendly and made sure we were able to find the hideaway when we arrived in the dark. There are lovely walks, towns and restaurants nearby so plenty to do in the surrounding areas. I highly recommend staying here!

A lovely cottage in a beautiful village. Recommend Monty’s bar for an excellent evening meal with even a comfortable dog bed supplied. Great breakfast in Beaulieu Bake House and excellent walk to Buckler’s Hard right on the doorstep. Matthew is a great host.

A wonderful peaceful stay for the weekend. The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Joanna was extremely helpful with any questions and showed us round when we arrived. Lovely to have a welcome basket too as an extra touch! We were lucky with the weather, cold but not too wet and the house was beautifully warm as the underfloor heating was extremely effective. The log fire was wonderful as the evenings drew in too. We will be back.

We visited with 2 other families for a get together for half term. The house was absolutely outstanding, clean and had all the amenities needed for a cosy gateway with young children. Our youngest enjoyed having around some toys and the older loved the toy room in the garden. All adults loved the living room and kitchen space and the fireplace. A truly amazing space for our weekend away! Thank you

We enjoyed a lovely 1 night stay to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday. She had the best time and loved seeing the animals having their breakfast in the morning. We stayed lovely and warm despite the temperatures dropping drastically. Such a beautiful place to wake up to.

I really enjoyed my stay! I had to bunker down as storm Bert hit the night I arrived, so I spent almost all my time in the bunker. I really enjoyed it. exactly what I needed! really gorgeous runs along the beach and river and the bath was such a welcome. really loved the little touches, little suprise in the draws and the bagels and jam and OJ. What a delight! perfect space for a bit of reflection and down time. thank you so much Annie!

Spent a wonderful few days celebrating a special birthday. The cottage was wonderful in an exceptional location for walking and recharging the batteries and enjoying a relaxing time away. Would fully recommend the cottage and location for anyone wishing for relaxation and taking time out. The scenery is enchanting and changes throughout the day. Loved everything about the time away. We loved our stay at the Party Barn. Katie was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and letting us use her lovely warm pool (set hours in the late afternoon, but she also gave us lots of flexibility during the day around her swimming lessons). Our kids loved visiting the pigs and sheep. The barn was very comfortable and we felt right at home there immediately. I'm sure we will be back. Thank you Katie!

We had a wonderful stay with all our family to celebrate a special birthday - we loved the house, all able to eat together around the table was wonderful, enjoying chatting and drinking in the beautiful lounge and the younger ones loved the hot tub and braver ones the swimming pool. Great position for all the lovely New Forest areas and walks

We had a great stay at Susie’s cottage, the place was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The one thing that stood out to me was how thorough her recommendations were which shows she cares about her guests. The link tavern was worth the visit! She also came out to greet us and made us feel right at home. Thank you Susie!

Just had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 3 young children. It was a cosy and homely base for our exploring, and we thought the added extras of tea/coffee/biscuits were lovely. We hope to return in future :) thank you!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location! The views were spectacular - so lovely to wake up to. We spotted Oyster Catchers and Egrets from the jetty. Thoroughly recommend Catherine's home. Lovely log burner to keep you warmer on chillier evenings. Catharine was a very responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved our long weekend in The Beach Huts. Spotlessly clean, well looked after accommodation. We have done a lot of Airbnb and this one just had all the finishing touches and the owner had clearly thought about the detail. Lots of space. Private outside areas were a really nice extra. Quiet and peaceful location. Good pub opposite. Well located for south coast and major attractions. Swimming pool a little chilly but understandable for this time of year. Tennis court right outside the door you can use anytime. Easy checkin and secure. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ali's barn Very stylish and classic and a relaxing place to stay. Everything was easy and simple to use too. It was also really clean and nicely presented. Beautiful homely setting that also makes you feel like you're away further than you think. Great place for a local or distant trip. Hot tub was great and hopefully I'll be able to come back and make use of the deck and swimming pool in the summer! would come back again.
