Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Andrew was an excellent host. He was very responsive to any questions. The place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed to enable cooking with ease. It was easy and a quick walk to main streets, shops, and restaurants. We would rent from Andrew again.

Easy check in and very peaceful. Road noise minimal and lots of fans to keep the air moving. Lots of parking.

Excellent stay! Michael's place had everything we needed for our family visiting the area for graduation. Well-appointed kitchen and strong shower were highlights Restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights at Aisjah's beautiful rental for our daughter's wedding at Union Station Banquets. What a perfect location. Everything is within walking distance and yet the home is beautiful and quiet with gorgeous flowers all around. Absolutely spotless home that seems brand new; kitchen has new appliances and all the necessities and linens were plentiful and spotless. Bedrooms, living room and large full bathroom are upstairs while the kitchen and eating area are downstairs. Hope to have another opportunity to stay here!

What a charming and peaceful home. It has everything you might need for comfort, cooking and relaxation including a well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and beautiful setting. It’s close to everything but feels private. I would book again if I were in the area.

Beautiful place in an excellent location. Very walkable to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Parking was tough when we arrived but fine later in the evening.

We spent a long weekend at Sweet Water Farm with extended family - what a treat this was! There was plenty of space for us all and the bedrooms were arranged in a way that there was privacy but also great common areas to be together. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end road. We enjoyed spending time at the house - s'mores by the fire, on-property hiking trails, and beautiful views - but also time out and about exploring the history and beauty of the area. Meals were simple to make for a crowd as the kitchesthad plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. of all shapes and sizes. I love AirBNBs but sometimes directions can be confusing. We really appreciated the many clear notes around the house explaining house expectations and agreed it was the best we have seen at any AirBNB! Our host was very responsive and accommodating, everything in the home was as described and easy to use/find, and set us up for a wonderful weekend of family memories. Highly recommend!

This was the absolute perfect place for our family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation with 3 generations of family. The hang out space and kitchen were excellent for our family and friends. The house is old and charming with some quirks that we chose to love. Highly recommend and grateful for the memories made. Jeff couldn’t have been a better host.

We had a single night in Northampton and had a great time at Debra’s. Appreciated that we could easily walk to restaurants, an arcade, the candy shop, etc. and my husband enjoyed the clawfoot tub. Debra was flexible about leaving some food in the fridge after checkout for us to retrieve a couple hours later which was very helpful, and when we crossed paths briefly she was very warm and welcoming.

We had a great stay at the hiuse. It was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. No hesitation to book again next time. Thanks Natalya

Edson’s place was perfect for my family of 4 for a long weekend, could have easily stayed for a week. Weather was rainy and chilly but the house had everything we needed to cook and play and chill. when the sun came out we really enjoyed paddle boarding and walking around the lake. Would definitely come again

Sarah and her place were absolutely wonderful!! There are not enough great things to say about Stone n’ Sky Lodge. Our big group of 9 fell in love with cabin immediately, and Sarah was very responsive and made us feel so at-home. As past umass grads, we were familiar with the area, but the cabin gave us a new place to make memories in western Mass. Thank you so much Sarah, you made our trip unforgettable and we can’t wait to come back!

This was a perfect place for us to stay at, the place feels like home. My daughter had so much fun jumping in the backyard and playing around. We had a convening really closed by, and the host was super nice with letting us do our debrief meeting at the house. We super appreciated being able to charge our car over night as well.
