Highly recommend staying here if you are a couple and looking to explore the city. The apartment was clean, centrally located, and had everything we needed. Alexandra is friendly and communicative, and she gave us so many recommendations of things to do in the area.

This was truly a pearl at the coast! Thomais and her sister Maria were really really friendly and accommodating! Waking up in the morning with a sea view and breeze was so great and watching beutiful sunsets from a patio. Really great stay at the vila that had everyone for a relaxing get away. I would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the location is incredible: beautiful ocean views and a 3 mins walk - via a private entrance - to the beach. Great communication with the hosts and the local recommendations for boat hire companies and restaurants with high chair facilities were very helpful. Aris and Anna also organized a WiFi router for us - so great! While there is a beach club close by to the house and we could sometimes hear faint music being played from the club, it didn't disturb us - especially when we discovered that the beach club was super chic and we could eat delicious meals there (we went there 3 times during our stay!). Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Vasiliki’s beautiful house. It had everything we needed to feel like home. Every morning we were waking up to a breathtaking view and the rest of the day was well spent on the private beach area that is just 5-10 minutes away through the pines. Vasiliki is an incredibly responsive, welcoming and a charming host that made us feel right at home. Looking forward to more summer holidays spent at this wonderful place!

House right on the sea with private bay. Lonely, great location! Relatively fast but also in Ouranoupolis, on Amouliani and on other beautiful beaches such as Karydibeach (Sithonia). We really enjoyed our holiday season! Nothing was missing in the house: kitchen well equipped, towels, beach towel, hair dryer,...everything there.

A wonderful place for a comfortable and relaxing vacation! The hotel is new, very cozy, and well-maintained — everything looks modern and tastefully designed. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. The swimming pool was especially impressive — clean, and surrounded by a comfortable lounging area. A perfect place to relax during the day. The rooms are spacious and bright, and housekeeping is regular and of high quality. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Our stay left only the best impressions. We will definitely come back and gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Yiannis, the owner, and his team go above and beyond even before your arrival to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is excellently equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

We have spend one marvelous week in this nice house where the sun kisses its garden every day. The close vicinity to the beach makes you feel part of the nature. It’s especially good for kids, you have peace and privacy. The house is well equipped with all you need for daily routines. And the special added value comes with the owners who live in the next garden. They are extremelly friendly, supportive and you can communicate with them in perfect English. They prepared for us an amazing grilled fish and paputsaki, we felt really like being with old friends. We can highly recommend this so beautiful and romantic place to all of you.

Despina's parents, Anna and Giorgios, are wonderful hosts. As well as preparing the apartment perfectly for us, they also served us several delicious meals unexpectedly. The location is 2 minutes from an unspoilt beach, surrounded by rocky coastline perfect for snorkeling (we saw octopus, garfish, cuttlefish, painted comber, and grouper). We had an idyllic holiday, and hope to return next year!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. I won't be wrong if I say that this is one of the best locations in the city. on the one hand, it is very close to the center, but on the other hand, it is very quiet. The house is located downstairs, so you don't have to go up and down all the time. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. The view from the balcony and the peacock living nearby deserve special attention:) The host is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

We spent 10 days in Georgios house in off season. It was the perfect stay for us, truly everything we looked for. It was private, quiet and has a marvelous sea and sunset view. Everything in the house is new, clean and modern and we didn’t miss a single thing. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks at the beach as it’s easily reachable by foot. Georgios and his mom are very lovely people and the communication was fast and kind. Absolutely recommended.

Tucked away on a secluded hillside overlooking the sea, and nestled within an olive grove, this renovated cozy stone house offers breathtaking views of the mountains rising across the deep blue sea. Traveling as a couple, we had more than ample space. The beds are very comfy. The home is exceptionally clean, and well equipped with linens and towels. There are sufficient utensils and cookware to dine at home, which we did often. You will appreciate the attention to the style as well. There are pictures and knick-knacks that give the home special warmth. The stonework around the home is impressive. Artful designs are found in the expansive patios and parapets. A five-minute walk down the hillside through lush forest and flower-filled meadows brings you to a private beach—though the climb back up is more challenging! There are plenty of beaches, villages and towns nearby. Our host, Efi, responds very quickly and always encouraged us not to hesitate to ask her for assistance.

I had a good time because of the location. While it wasn’t specified, I was expecting a room on the upper floors since that is where most of the pictures are from, but got ground floor instead with people’s kids running around our front balcony door looking into our room. On my first day, I found a smudge of poop on the toilet floor which was very alarming about the cleaning situation.

One of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday in Sarti was this wonderful accommodation. Hosts Stratos and Martina welcomed us warmly. Stratos gave very valuable suggestions not only about the house, but also about what can be done in the neighborhood. We got to know the area much better thanks to his advice on beaches, restaurants and places to visit. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is modern and useful as it was renovated 3 years ago. Ideal size especially for two people; both practical and aesthetic. The air conditioning was strong, the kitchen was equipped, the bathroom was hygienic. The balcony was very pleasant for coffee or rest. Excellent location; within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. It's on a quiet street and there's no parking problem. We parked our car right in front of the house. We felt like we were at home. This accommodation has become unforgettable with both the quality of the house and the attention of the hosts. Thank you very much to Stratos and Martina! 💙🇬🇷
