Close to everything is this recently updated cottage with central air/heat, washer/dryer, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, living room, & two BRs (queen bed in BR #1 and a twin/full bunk plus separate twin in BR #2), new back deck, shelter house & storage shed, and a new firepit, centrally located between Louisville & Cincinnati. The ARK, Creation Museum, Historic downtown Madison & more are within an hour. Vevay has shops, gallery, eateries & Kat Von D black tulips and Von D Land.

The space
I truly want you feel like this is your home away home. And I'm easily accessible should you need anything at all. As far as sleeping space, there is a queen size bed in one bedroom. The second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed along with a separate twin bed. The couch is comfy. Or a roll away bed may be available, upon request and advanced notice. Also on site is a pack and play for the little one. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Coffee and flavoring provided. There is a washer and dryer and ironing board in the full bathroom for your convenience.

Guest access
The entire house is yours for your stay. And there is a remodeled shelter house and storage shed in addition to the new back deck with table and chairs, and a recently added firepit/ring with chairs!

There is so much to do and see in and around Southeast Indiana!! Here is just a snippet.. This home is located 1/2 mile from Belterra Casino on SR 156. The boat marina is just around the corner from this home. And within an hour of this home is the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Cincinnati, Louisville, historic downtown Madison, several winery's and oh, so much more!!
