The space
We are the ONLY property on the river that boasts a large spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house! Stop cramming 10-14 people in houses meant to sleep 6.
BRING YOUR BOAT - we have room for 2-3 boats depending on size plus plenty of room for a trailer.
This house is NEWLY renovated. Brand new quality flooring and 95% of furniture are brand new. All beds are brand new. Mattresses are all brand new memory foam. Roku TV in every bedroom.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with king bed and a large bureau, plus 2 nightstands

Bedroom 3: king bed with closet and nightstands.
Bedroom 4: two twin bunks.
Bedroom 5: detached unit with king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and a hang out area. Here we ALSO have a trundle/day-bed. Sit on as a day bed to watch TV, and hang out. At night, it pulls out, so there's two twin beds. Can be put together to make a king, if so desired.
Outside: enclosed screened in patio with water view, and a ROKU TV.
Outdoor garden area has propane grill (propane provided), Firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs plus a stone bench and some additional chairs.
There is plenty of room for the entire family - adults and kids like. Unlike other properties on Weeki Wachee where the house is crammed with sofabeds and air mattresses, and the yard is small, our house is spacious with a large backyard, and a large carport and a large front area that fits multiple cars.
Have conversations around the firepit, make s'mores, go kayaking and make memories on the river. Feel like having a relaxing day instead? Feed the turtles and zebrafish that frequents this area.
Cook a delicious family dinner in our well stocked kitchen, or walk seconds to Upper Deck restaurant, located right in front of the house!
Come back to the house after a long day of beach, kayak, or river fun and relax on our large couches and dining table. There is plenty of seating for everyone in our large family room. Have a coffee from the coffee bar, watch the kids play ping pong.
In the evening take a stroll around the garden and enjoy the scenic views. Make s'mores around the firepit, or relax in the fully screened-in porch.

Weeki Wachee Gardens is a charming town in Florida that attracts tourists who love nature and adventure. We are very lucky to have a property here and are happy that you are considering our property. We are located right in the heart of Weeki Wachee Gardens right next to Upper Deck and a 3 minute walk to the beach at Rogers Park.
One of the main attractions is the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, where you can see live mermaids perform in a crystal-clear spring, take a river boat cruise to learn about Florida wildlife, or swim in the pristine waters at Buccaneer Bay.
Or, you can also paddle down the Weeki Wachee River right from our backyard! The river is a beautiful waterway that flows from the spring to the Gulf of Mexico.
Another reason to visit Weeki Wachee Gardens is to see the manatees, gentle marine mammals that frequent the river and the nearby coast. You can spot them from the house often, or paddle 5 minutes to Hospital Hole, an area where manatees love to congregate, especially during winter months.
Weeki Wachee Gardens is a place where you can experience the magic of Florida’s natural springs and the wonder of its marine life. It’s a perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some fresh air and fun.
