The space
King-Sized Comfort: Unwind in the spacious master suite, featuring a king bed, two walk-in closets, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Room for Everyone: The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed, and the third includes 2 twin beds—perfect for families or friends sharing the space.

2 Full Bathrooms: The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower. The second bathroom includes a higher jetted tub with a handheld shower head. A grab bar has been installed for added support, though this bathroom setup may not be a good fit for every guest or mobility need. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer for your comfort.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to fix your favorite meals. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig or drip coffee maker.

Oceanfront Relaxation: Take in panoramic beach views from the spacious living room, complete with comfortable seating and cable TV for cozy evenings in.

Stay Connected: Enjoy high-speed WiFi and cable TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, along with convenient USB charging ports throughout the condo.

Outdoor Living at Its Best: Step outside to your private, expansive balcony. With a dining table for six and a comfortable outdoor sectional, it’s the perfect spot for shared meals or sunset chats—all while enjoying the spectacular Atlantic Ocean view.

Resort Style Amenities: Beyond the private balcony, you’ll have access to the community’s pool, tennis courts, and private beach walkway leading straight to the sand.

Parking: One assigned parking space is provided with your stay. If you’ll need an additional spot, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make arrangements. Parking is complimentary.

To ensure the condo is a comfortable match for your group, please note that the second bathroom features a higher jetted tub with a handheld shower head. While a grab bar is installed, this setup may not meet the needs of all guests. We’re always happy to answer questions prior to booking.

House Rules:
• No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.

• No pets allowed.

• Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

• No parties, group gatherings, or events.

• Fireplace use is not permitted.

• Check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM.

About 10 years ago, I discovered Amelia Island and instantly fell in love. There's nothing quite like walking for miles along a pristine, uncrowded beach.
