Other things to note
Bedding for the couch beds is located in the blue bags in the bedroom closet.
Pillows, sheets, and blankets. Please return pillows and blanket back to bags once stay is complete. Please put dirty sheets in bathroom hamper.


Pets are not to be left at units during the day , any violation to this policy there will be an additional $50 charge

We own the property next door.
Upon arrival we will provide phone number to reach out to us.

There are 5 bottles of wine in the units. If used or opened an additional $24 charge will be added to your bill.
In the bedroom closet there are blue bags that hold pillows , and bedding for the couch beds .

To adjust the temp push the up arrow to turn heat up
Down arrow to lower temo
Never touch mode button as that shuts off heat

Reminder: Radiant heat takes a few hours to heat up or cool down . If you are hot open a window or turn on a fan as the units take some time to cool down .

I love to talk and have a huge garden at home for veggies and flowers. My husband and I are both outdoor people. Both of us are extreme clean freaks. We enjoy our pontoon boat and camp fires . Nightly we either go for walks or 4- wheeler rides around our 60 acre property . My husband is a horse farrier, and harness racer. We love living in the country.
