Along the Rocky Broad since 1944 This vintage 1944 cabin has stood along the Rocky Broad for generations, built of hand-set logs and raised above the river on sturdy stilts. Time, weather, and water have shaped its character, but the cabin remains—simple, steady, and deeply connected to the river that flows beside it.

The space
This home has a step up, slight slope in floor in kitchen, and stairs to get to the water, so it is not considered accessible for disabled. The 1920s chimney is not safe to use so we have electric insert for ambience and warmth. The local area is continuing to rebuild and return to it previous glory. Please be respectful of others who are still working through repairs.

Guest access
You will have full private access to home, hot tub and surrounding yard.

Once your reservation and deposit has been made, you will be required to sign a copy of the rental agreement and return via email or snail mail. We do allow small dogs ( 30 lb. limit -no exceptions) but require they be crated if left unattended.
Minimum age to stay 24 years old.

No smoking/vaping inside or outside on property.
