Welcome Home! This incredible mansion boasts every amenity you could desire, includes 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 9ft swimming pool, gym, and movie theatre. Rest easy with a 24hr security patrol, and the added reassurance that unauthorized parties/events are strictly prohibited. This is the epitome of luxury living with ultimate privacy. Anything over 14 people will be considered a party/event. No unauthorized parties/events allowed.

Smoking Policy
- Designated Smoking Area: Located outside by the shed. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in any other area of the property. A $700 fee will be charged for smoking inside the house.

Parking
- Onsite Parking: Free parking is available for up to 7 vehicles. Additional vehicles can be accommodated at a fee of $300 per vehicle, with a total parking capacity of up to 10 vehicles.
