Katie's lake house was a perfect and beautiful retreat for my family and I. The interior furnishings were very nice and comfortable and the layout of the house was perfect for us, allowing for folks to migrate to different parts of the house for a little privacy when needed, such as the downstairs room with a ping-pong table on the porch, the grilling area, the backyard, and the dock. The dock was so peaceful just to sit on and watch the sun set. I would definitely choose to stay here again. The kitchen is furnished with pretty much everything you'll ever need to cook for a large family as well and everything was spotlessly clean too, including the linens and towels. Katie is very responsive and friendly, if you have questions as well. Overall, a definite 5 out of 5.

I really enjoyed my stay here for the Porchfest weekend October 2024! I visit Decatur often, but this was my first time bringing some friends along and I wanted to find a rental for the four of us that would meet all of our needs. This definitely met our expectations and had all of the room and amenities we needed. The daybed/trundle was definitely a life saver and the whole style of the guest suite made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The location is very convenient and we can walk pretty much anywhere in the downtown Decatur and Oakhurst neighbourhoods. I would love to stay here again when I return with friends! :)

Loved my time at Michaels place. The space was spotless and had everything I needed. Great location and the host was friendly and helpful. Would gladly book again!!

Our family of six, including two young children, had a wonderful 4 day stay at Sha's Airbnb. The spacious backyard was a highlight for us; the kids loved running around, while the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Our favorite part of the stay was gathering together in the large screened-in porch. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location is convenient and easy to find, situated right on a main road. Just a heads up when turning into the driveway, take it slow, especially since it's on a curve and up a hill. If you’re not careful, you might scrape the bottom of your car. While there were a few spiders outside by the door and occasionally inside, which is to be expected given the natural surroundings, it wasn’t much of a hassle. We do think an exterminator could help with that. Overall, the place felt cozy and homely, and there were plenty of complimentary essentials provided. We would highly recommend Sha’s Airbnb.

Beautiful and clean home at a quiet neighborhood. Close location to Buford dam and local parks with amazing views. Communication was timely and efficient. Would definitely love to stay here again!

We evacuated from Hurricane Milton to this beautiful, cozy, cottage feeling home. Shortly after we arrived we felt right at home. I LOVED how dog friendly the place was. My dogs got to run around the front yard just like home. My kids loved the swing and all the fun stuff to check out. Thank you for everything! What a fun escape! 🫶🏼

Mackenzie was very responsive and accommodating. The house was perfect for what we needed, a nice space for multiple people to sleep comfortably. A short drive from downtown Atlanta.

Reagan’s place was perfect for our group! The location was close and convenient to Lakepoint, which is the main reason we booked it. The cabin was clean and beds were comfy. We appreciated the “extras” provided by the hosts and they were very helpful when we had an issue come up beyond their control. We’d love to book again next time we are at Lakepoint!

Amazing stay. Cute little kitchen for cooking. Had shampoo conditioner kitchen utensils and charger outlets next to the bed. The patio was super cute. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The room temperature was nice and cold. Worth the value.
