The space
This apartment is the culmination of our twenties — an eclectic mix of modern furniture and personal touches set within a Greek Revival Victorian building from 1858. It’s a bright and airy two-bedroom, one-bathroom space with a fully stocked kitchen.

Oversized bay windows fill the apartment with sunlight throughout the day, making it a warm and welcoming place to stay.

This is the night listing for the apartment — monthly availability can be viewed here: https://www.airbnb.com/h/thepeter2mtr

Guest access
Guests can check in anytime using a personalized smart lock code. Your reservation includes full access to the spacious second-floor apartment and the shared courtyard.

Please note: Entry requires climbing one flight of stairs. The building is historic and features semi-steep stairwells. Also, the kitchen features a high-top table and stools.

Other things to note
One off-street parking spot is available in a lot two blocks over (5 minute walk). Guest is required to display a pass while in the lot and return the pass at the time of check out. Street parking is typically easy to come by should that be preferred.

Parties and events are not permitted in the space. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours for the comfort of our neighbors and other guests.

Calendar settings may vary during peak periods; all current availability and requirements are reflected accurately on the Airbnb calendar. For same-day bookings or extended stays, feel free to message us directly.

If this listing doesn’t fit your travel dates, reach out — we have other listings available in the same building.

Air conditioners (window units) will be available seasonally from June 15 to October 1.

Families with children often stay here, and a Pack ‘n Play (portable crib) is available upon request. However, please note: Airbnb may flag this unit as “not suitable for children” due to a few safety considerations — including corded blinds, a step down between the kitchen and living room (no baby gate), uncovered outlets, and a coffee table with sharp edges. Children are absolutely welcome, but parents are responsible for their safety during the stay.
