The Palms 1937 maintains its original character and charm while having been thoughtfully restored and upgraded to today's modern standards. Upgrades Include AC and furnaces, water heater and comprehensive entertainment, internet and security systems.
The house features two master suites (one king and the other a queen bed), each with newly restored ensuite bathroom, a third bedroom (queen bed) with adjacent bathroom and a renovated kitchen with high end stainless appliances and comfortable built in breakfast room with a large table.
A large converted garage also provides an additional living area, entertainment room with work space or 4th bedroom (queen size sofa bed) with french doors leading to the pool and private outdoor seating area.
A vaulted and open beam living room is the heart of the house and features an authentic wood burning Adobe corner fireplace and original sliding pocket doors that lead to a generous dining room and out to the beautifully landscaped garden with olive and citrus trees, a large salt water pool and jacuzzi (ask us to heat the pool to 88 degrees and the Jacuzzi to 101 degrees,during the winter months, December thru March, for a fee of $95 per day or during the rest of the year for a $60 daily fee), an outdoor shower, dining area with large natural gas barbecue and a wood burning pizza oven. Ample lounge chairs and seating areas in the garden provide many spaces to rest and relax by the pool.
At the side of the property there's spacious gated off-street parking with room for four cars under a shaded pergola. Centrally located and close to downtown restaurants, casino and shops.

We have ample parking on site and there's plenty of extra parking on the street, Our private gated driveway
Other things to note
Please ask about our pool heating options. We're able to heat the pool but we must know in advance of your arrival. Pool/jacuzzi heating is upon request and is $95 per up to 86 degrees and 101 degrees for the jacuzzi per day during the winter months and $75 per day during the rest of the year. The jacuzzi can also be heated on its own without the pool to a comfortable 101 degrees for a fee of $45 per day. We have other pool heating arrangements for long term rentals (28 days or more)
For a nominal fee of $150 we can install our pool safety fence. That fee is to install it and take it down. Please let us know in advance as it's a lengthy operation to complete
We don't supply pool floats but might have left over ones that prior guests have donated to the house. We can't guarantee the condition they're in but, welcome you to use them! You're also welcome and encouraged to bring your own and YES, we have a electric pump for your use.
We have a Pack n Play and a high chair available for your use at no extra charge, ask us in advance for these items as we want to make sure they're available for you upon arrival. We can also recommend a full service baby furniture rental company that'll deliver to us. And, of course we can also recommend a great and highly reputable Nanny service.

Let us know in advance if you’ll need/want an additional cleaning service during your stay. That fee is $250.00
We accept pets up to 50 lbs for an additional $75 fee. Let us know what breed you pet is and hopefully it's house trained and non aggressive. This extra fee covers the additional cleaning required between dog visits and our next guests and it's paid entirely to our cleaning crew.
We provide many items at the start of your rental, those are usually good for a 2 to 3 day/night stay. If you'll be staying longer with us, please note that we don't supply those items for the entirety of your trip.

Do's:
Keep Noise Levels Low: Be mindful of your volume indoors, especially during late hours. This includes conversations, music, and television sounds.
We communicate with Neighbors: If you see your neighbors or they reach out, be friendly and respectful.
Be Aware of Outdoor Noise: If you’re enjoying the outdoor space, keep conversations at a reasonable level, particularly after 10 PM.
Use Headphones: If you want to listen to music or watch movies, consider using headphones to keep the noise to a minimum.
Don’ts:
Avoid amplified Music outdoors and absolutely no parties allowed. Our max amount of daytime visitor guests is 4 and, they must be gone by sundown: High volume music, loud gatherings, or parties can disturb neighbors and lead to complaints. Complaints could lead to you being asked to vacate the property without any refunds. Please help us keep the peace
Don’t Ignore Complaints: If any neighbor approaches you regarding noise, please address it immediately to maintain peace.
Don’t Move Furniture Around without our permission: This could cause breakage and/or damage to the floors and walls
What the Zero Noise Ordinance Means:
The zero noise ordinance is a Palm Springs city ordinance that prohibits excessive noise during specific hours (10:00pm to 10:00am) to ensure all residents can enjoy their homes peacefully. Violating this ordinance can lead to fines or consequences that can affect our rental permit, meaning we wouldn’t be able to host future guests. Your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment helps everyone have a pleasant experience!
