This cozy studio offers breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountain views from your private hot tub and expansive porch, (the porch includes a small dining table, sun loungers and a love seat for your enjoyment). Enjoy a comfortable king size bed, kitchenette with full -size refrigerator, and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi This is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or solo adventure.
The space
This cozy 800 sq ft open-concept studio is your perfect mountain escape. The space is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring:
Living Area: An oversized couch, 46-inch Roku TV, and a selection of books, and informational brochures for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, and breweries in the area for you to enjoy.
Bedroom: A plush king-size bed complete with soft linens and room-darkening shades for uninterrupted sleep.
Workspace: A dedicated work desk with lightning-fast 1 GB WiFi is available for any remote work needs.
Kitchenette: Prepare light meals with a portable cooktop, full-size fridge with an ice maker, microwave, and toaster oven. We provide basic spices, olive oil, and both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker.
Bathroom: A private full bathroom includes a shower, lighted makeup mirror, hairdryer, iron, and essential toiletries.
Outdoor Living: Sip your morning coffee from the lounge chairs on the expansive covered porch while watching the sunrise. In the evening, unwind in your private hot tub as the sun sets over Mt. Pisgah.
Air conditioning: The space is naturally cool and air conditioned from the upstairs. The two wall heaters are easy to operate and heat the unit incredibly fast.
Guest access
Guests enjoy complete privacy and convenience with a dedicated private entrance and self check-in via a secure keypad. A lighted path and stairway guide you from your dedicated parking space to the suite's entrance.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to:
Private Studio: The entire 800 sq ft studio apartment is for your private use
Hot Tub: The semi-private hot tub under the pergola is for your exclusive use.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the expansive covered porch and access to a shared backyard.
Recreation: We do have a a pickleball court lined on the driveway (with net), and trampoline is also available (please let us know in advance if you're interested in playing). Use is at your own risk.
Late Check Out-If we can accommodate a late check out request, the fee is $20 to accommodate our cleaners necessary schedule change.
During your stay
We live on-site in the main house above the studio and respect your privacy. We'll make an effort to greet you upon arrival, but otherwise, we are available through the Airbnb app if you need anything during your stay. We're here if you need us, but we'll respect your space and allow you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Pets on Property: We have two friendly but timid dogs and two cats who live on the property. The dogs will bark but are harmless.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is for your exclusive use. It is semi-private, meaning it is visible from other parts of our property, but you will not be sharing it with anyone else.
Safety: For your safety, the studio is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
Laundry: While there is no washer/dryer in the unit, a laundromat is located nearby for your convenience.
Pet Policy: We do accept pets for $50 per pet, per booking.
