Across from the beautiful MidAmerica Nazarene University campus. Access to I-35 within 4 minutes. Family oriented neighborhood. School playground behind property. The Indian Creek trail runs in front of the home which attaches to 30 miles of trails throughout Johnson county. Frisco Lake is one mile away and has a walking trail around it gazebo and playground. There is another playground .5 miles south.

Now that I have all four children out of the house, I need guests to care for. ;) That need to care for someone while building a retirement strategy is strong in this one. I love giving families a home to stay and hearing their brief stories as to why they are traveling through town. I love chasing after my grandkids and taking care of my mom as she enters into her 9th decade. Travel often! Love hard.
