Quiet setting with fenced in dog area. Stream in the backyard and beautiful mountain views. Enjoy mountain bike and hiking trails directly outside your door. 5 minutes from Keystone Ski Area allows you to enjoy summer festivities or winter activities. Fenced in area for your dog. Pub, pizza shop, coffee house and liquor store half-mile down the road.

Other things to note
This is Colorado but unfortunately there is a strict no smoking of any kind policy. Please park on the right side of the driveway at the rear and follow the walkway around to the rear of the home.
