We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for an unforgettable family getaway in the mountains. We would stay here again in the future without a doubt!

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

What a beautiful cabin! Perfect base camp for Copper, Abasin, Keystone, Breck etc. The views from the cabin, sauna and hot tub speak for themselves! Also so lovely how private this feels, while also being able to walk around the neighborhood and 5 min drive from shops, restaurants and groceries of downtown Silverthorne. One of my favorite BnBs so far! Hope to come back soon :)

Our stay at Daniel's place was lovely! Daniel was accommodating and responsive, allowing us to bring an extra dog and an early check-in/late check-out. The backyard was the highlight for me (and the dogs), tons of space for them to run around and roll in the snow. Daniel met us in the driveway, went over how to keep the hot tub clean, and had gone over so it was ready for us when we arrived! A great stay and would definitely stay again!

Christopher's place was just wonderful! We went as a family of four to celebrate our two children's birthdays. The house was cozy, peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed to prepare meals the entire 4 nights we were there, I was even able to make two birthday cakes! I did bring my own cake pans and just in case but this house is so well stocked- air fryer Crock-Pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster coffee maker French press... you name it, it's there. Christopher is a very responsive and helpful host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, my children were sad to leave and for me one of the highlights was the cute little fox visitor we had hang out on our deck for 15 minutes. if you're thinking about booking this place just book it, you'll be glad you did.

Beautiful cabin, Mikala and Jeremy were great always answered any questions quickly. Cabin feels private but only a short drive to town.

Our family, including the family dog, had a great stay near Breckenridge. Had enough beds and space for 10 adults and a dog. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice hot-tub.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Not only is it super cute and cozy, but it is a mere 10 minutes from Keystone and 20 minutes to A-Basin. Lisa was incredibly communicative and flexible, especially when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay by a night. There is also a strong sense of community in the area, as lots of the neighbors greeted us while we were out walking our dog. Overall, I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks, Lisa!

This was the perfect stay for our weekend birthday trip in Colorado. The cabin was very cozy, and it had all the amenities you might leave at home, such as toiletries, seasonings, and plenty of cook ware. The appliances were all gorgeous. The hot tub made the nights relaxing. We saw a ton of wildlife. We definitely love to come back!

Finding a cozy place in Breckenridge for the family and dog that’s not over priced is a quest. We were lucky to land in Erin and Jim’s lovely A frame cabin in March, and again in April. It’s less than 10 minutes from the peak 8 gondola and Breckenridge’s busy downtown. The cabin is warm and welcoming as can be, and sits on a beautiful piece of land with views of hills, mountains, and lucky for us, lots of falling snow. We’ll be back again!

Bryce was a great host. He was very responsive anytime we had a question. The location was perfect for us. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you, Bryce!

Doug’s place was so fun to stay at! Super close to downtown Breckenridge, only 10 minute drive to ski resort, beautiful cabin and just far enough from town where you get to enjoy the wilderness. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooked meals, including the seasonings! There was a coffee beans in the freezer, a grinder and coffee maker. We loved this place so much, excited to come back in the future!

A breathtaking backdrop in a fantastically refurbished log cabin (having some experience doing the same, I was impressed). For anyone wanting to spend time in the Breckenridge or Fairplay area, this is a must. The surrounding area was unfathomably beautiful. The area is rural, but not in an isolated way. The old mining cabins at the entrance of the road were fun to see. There is more to this cabin than you realize upon first appearance. It contains a nice fenced in area with firepit and seating. The interior was warm and inviting. I would certainly stay again if given the opportunity. Last thing, if you are just wanting to explore Colorado, this area is a great starting point. All roads lead to Fairplay.

Jody and her home were amazing. We stayed for two weeks and had a perfect stay. Jody was patient working with us to book and plan our stay. We drove across the country with our dog and you would never known another dog had been in Jody’s house - it was imacculate. Jody made us feel welcome - met us when we arrived and checked in periodically. She had recommendations for off-leash hikes that made our dog’s stay even better. Jody’s house had everything a family could ever need and more. We made nearly every meal in Jody’s amazing kitchen - double ovens, 6 burner gas cooktop and every smalI appliance we could dream of made it fun and easy. The master suite bathroom was exceptional and we enjoyed baths with a view every evening. Jody’s house is central to everything. We are skiers and had easy access to great Epic and Ikon mountains just a short drive away. It was so nice to work with an owner who loves her house and her community and ensured we did too! The Bread house was exactly as described. I loved the charm and history of the house, and the space was great for our family. It had everything we needed. The house is nestled in a quaint little town thats quiet, and friendly. The house is close to a neighboring town, Georgetown, that has restaurants and a little market for provisions. it's about a 5 min drive. Loveland mtn. is about a 15 min drive, so great for skiers. Silver Plume has an amazing coffee house and sandwich shop.

Zachary’s place was perfect for our group. The best part was the reviews and the ability for us to hang all together in more than 1 space.

It’s an ideal spot for families or groups looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The host is incredibly accommodating, responsive to inquiries, and provides clear instructions. One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

Merlot Moose was such a comfortable home for our family to enjoy our ski vacation. Very cozy and our adult children thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting in front of the fireplace or playing games! The kitchen was well stocked and it was so convenient to town… Just a mile away. Janis and Tyler were great hosts and very responsive to anything that we had questions on or if we needed anything. WIFI was great for those of us who had to work a bit from home! There was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and TVs in every room.

Place was perfect for a ski weekend! Location to downtown Frisco was ideal, and the place itself was actually nicer in person than it appears on pics

We had a wonderful time staying in Kent’s place. It’s clean, had everything we needed, the bed is super comfy, great Pillows and linens and Kent was very available for any questions. Overall we give it two thumbs up!

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!
