This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Our Red Hawk Lodge condominium is on the top floor, was professionally designed, and has beautiful views of the Continental Divide. The gondola and River Run Village are walkable in about 3 minutes. We have an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fire pit, a gym, steam room, private ski locker, pool table, and secured parking. We have an electric grill on our deck, and our kitchen is stocked with ample cookware, utensils, and certain staples.
