Completed in February 2023 this 1BR 1BA is uniquely themed to enhance our guests experience with a balcony view of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and overlooking Main Street. Walkable to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, restaurants, coffee shops, karting and shopping! Centrally located with easy access to IND airport, Lucas Oil Raceway, downtown Indy including Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse & the Convention Center and surrounding areas.

Guest access
Secured building and suite 205 access 24 hours a day via smart locks. Entry instructions along with PIN will be sent to guests on the day of arrival.

The suite is dedicated to our guests, and you will have sole access to the entire suite.

Reserved parking spot marked "205" on the westside (back) of the red brick condo building. Extra parking spots are typically available.

We ask for you to please remember that you are staying in a locally owned condo, not a hotel. Please treat our space with the same respect we will provide to you. Should any problems arise during your stay, we will do our very best to take immediate action however please know there isn't anyone living onsite 24/7. We will respond to all messages and communicate regularly between the hours of 8am - 8pm EST.

My husband and I are excited to welcome you to our condos on Main Street Speedway. We’ve lived in or around the area for several years and love that we have the opportunity to provide a space for others to enjoy! It’s central location makes it an ideal place to stay while your spending time in Speedway/Indianapolis area. We love the condo and it’s location on Main Street so much that we often work from there or use it as our own getaway!
